I love supplement products that are easy to read. This one fits the bill perfectly. Unflavored, mixed well and is undetectable in a shake or smoothie. The product absorbs well and does its job to the fullest

I had no side effects taking this product. I mix it with a protein shake and take it a few times a week. It mixes well. There is no flavor. I like that it’s made in the USA and it’s been 3rd party tested. I like the video that was uploaded for this product as well. The only negative thing I’d say is that the scooper could be a little smaller. I like that they made it bigger as sometimes it’s hard to find the scooper in a new powdered supplement. But it’s a little pain to put back into the container as the handle is long.

What I like about this L – Glutamine Supplement for Men and Women: This supplement is tasteless therefore you do not get any aftertaste. I have mixed it in green tea and coffee and found it has blended very well into those drinks. This product does not contain sugar, gluten, banned substances, GMOs, additives or fillers which I like and look for it supplements. The expiration date is listed on the product bottom. The product has two temper resistant seals: one on the outside of the lid, the other on the inside keeping your product safe.
FDA does not regulate any non prescription items, so they can claim anything they want to without any evidence the product does as it claims. Therefore it’s a subjective item. I can respect the fact that the company says this on their labeling. There is no way to measure in a normal house hold setting the efficacy of supplements and herbs. Do your own due diligence on herb and supplement research to see which one is best for you. I wanted this product for immune and muscle support. I recommend the product due to natural ingredients and no taste.

This one surprised me at how well it dissolved in water, the taste isnt bad, definitely recommend maybe stirring it into tea to make sure you don’t have any issues with taste. The effect is nice and has helped me as I work and eat. Definitely try it out if you need such a supplement
