These enzymes are not only for food, although they do make digestion a much less painful process. If you take multi-vitamins or calcium (any kind of large tablet or one that feels like it “sits” in your stomach) this makes the breakdown much easier. I think the enzymes promote absorption, too. I feel the difference in action especially with B vitamins. These are very pleasantly flavored and small, so you choose the amount of enzymatic help you need.

I’ve been taking these 3xdaily with my meals and I have noticed my consistent battery acid feeling heartburn go away. I also have noticed a decrease in after meal bloating and internal gas and flatulence. No one wants to admit they fart but it happens. And now it’s happening a lot less. I love the flavor! Nice and fruity! The texture isn’t too bad, not super chalky and easy to chew. If I ever forget to bring the tablets to work for my lunch I’m super bummed. Read a lot of reviews on here and a lot were saying it was a glorified antacid and while it may be that, it also helps with intestinal issues like gas and bloating so it’s not 100% an antacid. This is a glorious product and I’m very impressed with it! I will continue to buy these. And my boyfriend loves them too. His tummy is very much like mine. Lots of gas and acid reflux. Appears to help him a lot too!
