I was skeptical of this product. I have always suffered with really bad menstrual cramps and have had to use birth control to usually just STOP my cycles for relief. Pills did nothing. After issues with the last attempt of birth control, I had to get off of it and rely on prescription medicine to get me through my monthly HELL. My cramps begin days before my cycle even comes. Lately they have come back with vengeance so I heard about this product and thought…what is there to lose! OMG!!! First off, my cycle came like a thief in the night. This is a very good product if you have PMS or menopause or a nerve condition for women. This product has vitamin C and herbs that is good for women and their midlife changes.

I bought these because I remember my mother buying them for my sister years ago when her cycle didn’t start. Well I went through a similar situation and was desperate to get mine flowing.
