These didn’t have a significant impact on my energy, metabolism, or immunity. I had hoped for more noticeable results based on the product description, but unfortunately, I didn’t experience the same effects. However, the fact that they are organic and contain so many minerals and fulvic acid is still appealing for those seeking natural supplements. While it didn’t work as expected for me, individual results may vary, so it might still be worth a try for others.

Easy to swallow Shilajit resin tablets with no taste that I can discern. I’ve tried capsules before and those definitely had some taste to them. These are easier and more pleasant to swallow. Plus I like the individually blister packed tablets. I know it keeps them fresher than a big bottle. Shilajit resin contains a lot of trace minerals and I’m looking forward to seeing how these make me feel.

These Wave Drops Shilajit Resin Tablets are definitely one of the most convenient ways to consume the recommended daily dose of 500mg without needing to deal with its natural tar like texture and having to approximate the measurement. The tablets are also pure resin but are preformed and individually packaged in easy to handle blister packs to keep them that way. Not only do the blister packs keep the tablets from melting into each other but they also keep each tablet as fresh as possible and easy to grab just one, by punching it out from the 10 tablet card.
As for how best to consume the tablet, it is suggested that you dissolve it into your coffee, tea or other hot drink, though you could also just swallow the tablet as is. I actually chewed my first one simply to see what the experience would be like and it was really no problem at all. The tablets have a smokey flavor akin to Mesquite so even by themselves, though not exactly tasty, they aren’t that bad. Once mixed with a hot drink, or even just diluted in hot water, the flavor gets even more subtle and easy to adjust your pallet to. You’ll probably find that the resin nicely compliments most any earthy flavor to your liking!

If you need energy I must say that it works. I had to stop taking it. Because I had to much Energy and then I couldn’t go to sleep but my husband absolutely loves this. He said he feels like he could just go running. I didn’t get that and didn’t feel that I just felt a little jittery. but I do give it a five because I did feel energy. I didn’t feel any clarity, but my husband did so they go.

I started taking shilajit a few months ago and really like the natural energy boost it gives me. I find it easier to get going in the morning and don’t fight with a mid-afternoon slump at work. I don’t really like the taste of liquid shilajit so these tablets are a lifesaver! They are pretty easy to swallow and are odorless and flavorless. I have not noticed any stomach upset with these capsules, but I usually take them with a snack or a meal. There is no aftertaste and no weird burping or anything either.
If you are looking for an easy, tasteless way to add shilajit to your diet, these tablets are an affordable option and easy to take.

I eat 1 tablet daily and it is easy to swallow with water. It does not have any bad aftertaste and it does not cause any side effects or allergies. I found that these tablets are more convenient than Shilajit Resin because they don’t have any bad taste or smell and I don’t have to care about the dosage.
