For anyone that believes they can benefit from such a supplement, I think this is a great value. For someone like me, I have not recognized any big changes but it may just not have a big effect on me. The pills are small and easy to take and the container is a high quality glass jar.

I’m a fan of Nicotinamide products, since they seem to correspond with my better physical health and wellbeing, when I take them. There are multiple benefits to taking this supplement, and it’s great, if you’re feeling a bit worn down, to take this supplement. It helps alleviate grogginess and soreness, for example. It’s a great multi-purpose health and wellness supplement.

Usually I supplement with NR, which is the precursor to NAD+. Previously I supplemented directly with NAD+. However, this is my first time trying NADH. As I understand it, in the body NAD+ is in balance with NADH. You can supplement with either, and since they are in balance, increasing one will increase the other. So the idea here is to use NADH supplementation to get to increased NAD+.
Neurogan is a reputable, small company which I’ve used a couple of times, and even if I had one QC issue, usually their supplements are of high quality and I really like what the company stands for. I hope they continue to expand. In this case, it’s a tiny round white pill – not a capsule – and it’s super easy to swallow. It has no taste if you swallow straight down but a mildly sour taste if you let it linger. Whenever I’m supplementing NAD+ (in whichever way), I almost always feel increased energy. It’s not a jittery energy, I just feel younger in that I have an ability to do more during the day without dragging. It’s pretty impressive. I don’t even take it every day, only when I know I need to be active — it works that fast on me. I feel the energy with this as well, although it’s impossible to compare to when I use my regular NR because that depends on dose. I think scientists would argue that the data on NR increasing NAD+ is better than the NADH data, but what’s nice about using the NADH approach is the pills are smaller, you’re taking less of a supplement (20mg NADH vs. 300-1000mg of NR), and the cost is quite a bit less.

An excellent addition to my wellness routine! Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed a significant boost in my energy levels and cognitive focus throughout the day. The formula, which includes Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Hydride (NADH), supports cellular energy and helps me feel more alert and clear-headed, especially during long, busy days.

This NADH supplement appears to be of good quality, made in the USA, and after two weeks of taking it, I have had no adverse side effects. I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet, but I’m hoping it helps increase my energy levels and decreases fatigue. I have noticed some improvement with focus and concentration. Again, not a huge difference, but there has been some improvement with being able to think more clearly since starting this supplement two weeks ago.
Two things concern me about this product, however. I see no certifications, reports, or any testing that has been done on this supplement. Also, the cardboard box package that it comes in states the serving size is “2” capsules, while the plastic bottle label the capsules are in says the serving size is “1” capsule. I’m taking only one capsule a day. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, so there should be two months’ worth if taking 1 capsule a day. Two months is plenty of time to know whether this NADH supplement is benefiting me or not.
