But I still like ’em! They are a bit on the snappy side when you chew them, but the flavor more than makes up for it. They are pretty fast-acting, getting me feeling sleepy in around a half-hour. And I’ve been sleeping pretty deeply every night I’ve eaten one. Like, “crazy dreams” deep sleep. One had Tom Cruise following me around a second-hand electronics store. Never had him pop up in a dream before! Your results will vary, I’m sure. But my point is, I sleep like I’ve seldom slept before when I use these chews. Very highly recommended!

I’ve been taking 5mg of melatonin for the last 20 years and my sleep has been great for most of the time. But this melatonin with 10mg will really put you to sleep fast. You will certainly get a very good night’s sleep taking this! However, the chewable tablets are much larger than the one’s I am currently taking but are very tasty indeed. It came very well packaged and contains a 120 chewable tablets for a 4 month supply. But since I am used to taking 5mg of melatonin each night, what I am doing now is cutting each tablet in half. So, instead of having a 4 month supply of melatonin, I now have an 8 month supply of melatonin. And at less than $12- per bottle, is a fantastic value! I highly recommend this product!

I have been dealing with sleep issues for many years. Many OTC sleep meds work well but leave me feeling sluggish the next morning. Since discovering melatonin, I rarely have sleep issues anymore.
The tablets are a nice, easy to chew size. For a fast dissolve chewable, I felt the texture was a bit harder than what I’m used to. I prefer to chew mine up instead of waiting for it to dissolve. (either way is okay, though, since they are pleasant tasting)
The berry flavor is actually quite sweet and tasty! They are sweetened with 4 different sweeteners so that is probably why – erythritol, sorbitol, sucralose, and aspartame. Seems a bit excessive. I have sensitivities to the first two but I didn’t experience any digestive issues after taking them. Thank goodness!
The serving size is 1 tablet which is 10 mg. For those new to melatonin, this is a pretty high dose to start with. Personally, I would recommend starting out with something lower before working your way up to 10 mg. If you have a high quality pill cutter, you can actually cut these in half to make two 5 mg doses instead of one 10 mg dose.
If you need the full 10 mg, they definitely work! I have taken these several nights in a row and each time I was asleep within 30-40 minutes of taking them. No tossing and turning, no waking up multiple times during the night, just a restful night’s sleep.

These are good melatonin fast dissolve tablets that are sugar free. The flavor is berry. I am used to taking a lower 5mg dose, so these extra strength ones put me out like a baby! But they are significantly larger in size than the lower dose ones I have. I usually let those dissolve under my tongue, but these are a little too big. Large bottle with 120 tablets should last me awhile though. Good flavor, although I wish they had done a erythritol and monk fruit and left the sorbitol, maltodextrin and aspartame out.

I like the tase of these chewable melatonin tablets, and I like the fact that I don’t have to swallow them. The pills are small and round, so they’d be easy to swallow if you prefer.
I like that this is a 3 month supply (120 10 mg. tablets, take one a night) so this should ensure 3 months of proper sleep for me.
I assume this is not 3rd party tested because it doesn’t say that it is on the bottle. It is made in China.
This product is sweetened with erythritol, sucralose (Splenda), maltodextrin, and aspartame — not sure why it needs 4 different sweeteners but they make it taste really good and sweet.
It doesn’t have a vegan seal on it but the ingredients are all vegan unless the melatonin itself is derived from animal products, but it’s usually synthetic nowadays.

I often have a hard time falling asleep at night so I take 10 mg’s of melatonin 30 minutes before bed. My husband and I tired these chewable berry flavored melatonin tablets last night and really liked them. They have a really pleasant taste. I just let it dissolve in my mouth and it seemed to work faster than the melatonin pills that I have taken in the past, probably because it didn’t need to be broken down in my digestive tract. It took me about 45 minutes to fall into a sound sleep but that is much better than the 2 hours plus that it ordinarily takes me.
I will continue to use these chewable tablets, they work faster and I really enjoy the taste.

I have always been a light sleeper and sometimes I need some help to fall asleep. I have tried in other occasions to use melatonin to fall asleep faster so I decided to try this bottle.
I loved the fruity taste these pills have and they dissolve fast, although they are bigger then conventional pills. They are completely natural so I rest without thinking I am using a drug of any kind to fall sleep, which in my terms is very good because I do not want to rely on any type of drugs for this purpose.
the botle has a substantial amount (120), and that should last a very long time since I do not use these pills often (only when getting hard to fall asleep)
They really help me to sleep, so I am quite satisfied with the outcome.
