I wanted to like these but unfortunately the flavor was hard to get past. They do not taste at all like what you are expecting based on the flavor and in fact they have some other taste to them that is just not good. While they did not taste good and were hard to down, I will say the times I was able to muscle it I did notice some increased energy. Nothing excessive or crazy but just what I needed. I do like the little capsules they come in and that to me, is convenient for transport.

Quench no sugar added effervescent electrolyte tablets are a ok product. The flavors are watermelon, orange, mixed berry and lemon. The flavoring is very mild and the sodium taste is very noticeable. The tablets do dissolve well , and I did not have a lot of residue. I just can get past the salty taste. They are made without dyes, non Gmo, No sugar added, and a good way to hydrate, and replenish, I just do not like the taste.

I started to use this electrolytes couple days ago and I already see how much energy I have. I like the convenience and compactness in the 4 flavor tubes with tablets. Drop them in water and they dissolve on their own without any need for agitating. The flavor was a little off, but I ended up using more water to dilute the saltiness a little. I like the selection of flavors and variety to change it up a little. These tablets have been good for getting me to have the amount of water I should be drinking.

Convenient tablets quickly dissolve even in ice water. its a fizzy drink. It maybe a good electrolyte drink but when I’m thirsty and dehydrated the last thing I would want is this. It has a strong chlorine taste and it leaves an after taste in your mouth that is not pleasant. It also has a chemical smell to it. Other mixes I have tried do not have this chlorine taste.

Quench electrolytes come in 4 different flavors. All of which left me very hydrated after my workouts. It has magnesium which is great for relaxing my muscles, especially at night time. I would say the orange is my favorite flavor of them all, they are sugar free which caught me by surprise but if you drink it with ice you won’t even be able to tell.
