You can look up all the amazing benefits for Sea Moss. I love it, and have repurchased this one several times. After taking, I get a nice energy boost and it helps with my focus. I like to take them around noon.

I took these the day I got them and they made me super nauseous and made me feel flushed, but internally? If that makes sense. Something was definitely going on inside, not sure if it was good or bad. Articles on the internet say you can get past the nausea if you keep taking it and let your body adjust. I haven’t taken it since just because I can’t be feeling sick at work all the time. Gonna give it another shot eventually. Large pills similar to OTC green tea capsules or fenugreek supplements. No taste.

The seamoss capsules don’t have any taste to them. I find them easy to swallow. As an avid coffee lover, coffee has always been my go to for an extra boost. However, after trying these seamoss capsules, I had an energy boost for the entire day and without the crash that comes with drinking coffee.
The first time I tried them was a few hours after drinking coffee when I was experiencing the notorious crash/slump that comes with coffee. I have tried these without drinking coffee the entire day and still had tons of energy without the crash. Also, if for some reason you skip a few days, you won’t experience withdrawals or headaches the way you would with coffee. I’ve switched to taking these and now drink coffee occasionally for the taste.
Additionally, these are packed with minerals and vitamins. So on days when you’re not eating properly, or if you lack proper nutrition, you will feel lethargic. I find that these capsules fill in the gaps, which is why I have energy after taking them. And yes, I have experimented taking them on days I don’t eat right and days I eat well, as well as going without them. They do not cause any side effects.
I will caution though, do not take them too late in the day. They give you so much natural energy from all the vitamins and minerals they pack that you’ll be tossing and turning all night if you don’t burn it off. Trust me, I tried it. Frankly, these inspired me to start eating better because I realized how lethargic I felt after eating poorly due to lack of proper nutrition.
Lastly, I want to add that I had come across people taking seamoss and told my friend about it. He decided to try it before me and told me his results. I was amazed and rushed to get a bottle. I’m on my third now and will continue to order in the future. None of my bottles have been sponsored, nor has this post. But I think I should be! I specifically chose this brand because it has bladderwrack and burdock root, and the mg of each is pretty even and high. Other companies either lack one of the other plants, the mg are lower or both.

These taste a little funky, so don’t leave them in your mouth too long, BUT I have been vaping for several years and never had my phlegm cleared so easily… I’ve been vaping on and off but usually, always have this persistent cough with a little bit of phlegm or mucus in the mix. it’s much worse when I’m sick with a cold or something, however, I’ve been taking 2 of these a day for about 3 months, and have noticed a dramatic reduction in my need to cough and i no longer have frequent mucus build up. i notice on days when I forget to take it, i can get a little mucusy, and this is by no means a well-researched pill, BUTTTT in my case, it did work, so that’s nice. i have no idea what’ll happen long term or if ill build up resistance so TBD

If you suffer from joint pain or inflammation and also want to strengthen your immune system. Get this now!!! I have seen a rheumatologist for over a year and change and did so much blood work and could not find out why I was experiencing joint pain and inflammation(I was prescribed meds but did not want to take because of side effects) It got so bad my eye was producing white blood cells that could be seen in the color of my eye. But that’s another story! I fell off taking these for a year then my inflammation came back strong. Got these and within 1 week my knee swelling went down & no joint pain. These are just my results!!
