These are well packaged supplements that are made in the USA. I can’t really claim that they are doing anything for me, but they don’t seem to be hurting. These are huge pills and they recommend two daily so I cut them in half and take them throughout the day with my meals, I hate the feel of my stomach when it is filled with supplements. I prefer taking them when I have eaten.

Great mineral blend, for me they are easy to swallow and no bad taste, a little salty. If you have issues with big tablets, maybe cutting them is a good idea.

This 3 month supply shows to have a good assortment of complex multi minerals. These were easy to swallow and have not shown any negative side effects. Happy to recommend.

Check your other supplements to be sure you are not already getting Copper. Know what the side effects are of an overdose. I returned this after realizing I was going to be taking All Reds for the eyes, which already have a daily allowance for Copper in one pill. I did not use the product, so I could not tell you if they absorb well. They appear to be smooth and shaped for easy swallowing.

I’ve been on these supplements for three months, and I’ve no issue with them. They’re easy to swallow, and I’ve had no side effects from them. Yes, they have copper, and I also take AREDS 2 with copper, but all of it combined are well under the levels considered dangerous. Nice product.

These are big pills! I need a lot of liquid to swallow one. But since I have been taking them, I have noticed improvements in my skin. I’m definitely healing faster. I’m keeping an eye on my fingernails to see if there is improvement there as well.
