Really nice zinc complex liquid drops by balanced health. A great way to get what your body needs. It has a light peppermint flavor and is packed with good ingredients such as magnesium, copper, and zinc. With 2 ounces, this is a great value for the price and would recommend.

I don’t enjoy swallowing pills so this is very convenient. I also like how this is not absorbent that many in pill form. The flavor is good, slightly sweet. I just dropped it on my tongue and it gave a sensation of drying out my tongue. I didn’t like that but it didn’t last long. I swished my mouth with water and the flavor and sensation was gone. Next time I’ll drop it in water and swallow quicker. I didn’t have any reactions or sensitivity and no aftertaste.

I am not sure how good this is as a supplement, but it tastes so terrible that it is impossible to even take. I have had multiple people try this. No one thinks it tastes like peppermint. It tastes terrible. I would try another supplement that may taste better.

For some reason many Zinc pills I’ve purchased are often hard to get down, so I prefer to get Zinc through liquids, if possible, as that is absorbed faster and more readily by the body. This is a quality Zinc complex that I like even better than plain Zinc alone. I love that there are Trace Minerals, Copper and Boron in this as well as Zinc! It has a nice peppermint taste, though like many Zinc liquids, it does tend to leave your mouth feeling dry. This can be remedied by putting it in a liquid or food. I prefer to put mine in my morning oatmeal and the peppermint taste, though barely there, gives it a little zing! I think it is an excellent price for a Zinc complex as you are getting an entire month’s worth for only $13. Great product!
