I purchased this product to try out a whole food based nutrional supplement for vitamin C. I have come to believe that vitamins and minerals do not act on their own for the most part and require all there essential co factors to be present for optimal usage and performance. I was drawn to this product as it seems to be what I was looking for. I have only just started using the product but all seems great sofar. No negative issues with switching to a whole food based vitamin C rather that what I typically use (ascorbic acid). I also like the high vitamin C content of the 2 pill dose (750%). I didn’t give 5 stars only because I have only just started using it.
