I like this! I put this in my sparkling water and can not even tell it’s in there! It comes with a guide on how much to use when you are starting out. Depending on how much you use, 1 ml or 2 ml will dictate how long this 2 oz glass bottle will last you. I’m good with the $18.93 price point and at 1 ml a day this will last 2 months. They suggest 2ml a day and then this is a 30 day supply. On days that I have worked out hard, spent time outside in hotter weather I may take another dose. Good product.

Well the reviews were right, it does taste like drinking chlorine water. Even the most strongly flavored beverages are left with a hint of chlorine taste. I can get through it, because I know it’s full of minerals, but sometimes the smell and taste are kinda tough, especially if your drink gets warm. Probably will look for something else. I can’t imagine using two full droppers( serving size) since one full dropper in 30–40oz is sometimes too intense, even with flavor.

I like this product. I use it to remineralize my reverse osmosis water. I’ve tried trace minerals, and mayu previously and this is comparable with those products. Dosage is always a little confusing with these products. I see alot of these reviews saying that the drops taste bad. I think that’s because people are using a serving of drops (2mL) in indiscriminate amounts of water. I couldn’t find clear dosing instructions on the bottle or website so I emailed customer service. Their instructions were “We recommend putting 1ml in 24-32 ounces of water.” People may consider asking if there is a 2mL maximum dose per day. Taking too many minerals is a health concern. There are DRAs for alot of these minerals. If you follow the dosing instructions you should not experience any foul taste. I hope this helps!

I love liquid supplements. Capsules are hard for me to swallow. It’s nice quality and I can tell a difference when I take it. Great way to add minerals missing in my diet and other vitamins.

I drink distilled water.
I add a few drop of minerals to the water so I don’t loose minerals to leaching by drinking only distilled water.

I typically put this in my 32oz water bottle at lunch. I prepped it as usual and then I had an exceptionally busy afternoon and skipped eating, but was obviously still thirsty throughout the afternoon. Mindlessly drinking from my bottle on an empty belly — I ended up getting sick! Very briefly, but an unpleasant experience nonetheless.
It says you can take it straight but after my experience I would absolutely recommend dilution of this product + highly encourage the user to at minimum eat a snack or two — but preferably a meal!
Completely my fault, so is the fact that I’m inconsistent about remembering to add it to my water. Otherwise this is a great trace minerals supplement.
