In order for me to trust a supplement it must be made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and be third-party lab tested. This Goodness Encapsulated Magnesium 3-in-1 Bisglycinate Complex supplement meets my requirements. In addition to magnesium glycinate, it contains magnesium malate and magnesium lysinate glycinate. This supplement is Vegan, cruelty-free, and free of GMOs, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, wheat, and peanuts. The bottle will last 90 days at the suggested daily serving size of one capsule. At the current price of $9.99, the cost per serving is $0.11. One capsule supplies 140mg of elemental magnesium.
Goodness Encapsulated has a web address printed on the bottle. However, the website does not exist. It says on the bottle that is is manufactured by Kappa Nutrition Labs. I was able to find a website for Kappa that also includes Goodness Encapsulated. This Magnesium 3-in-1 supplement does not appear on the website. The nonexistent website doesn’t make me feel very confident in this brand. I am docking a star for that.

I take magnesium for several different reasons under the direction of my doctor. We have gone through several different brands and this is one of the higher quality and most effective ones that I have tried so far. I really wish they came in a 2 pack…since my doctor wants me taking 2 of these per day and a 2 pack would be a lot easier to schedule on subscribe and save with one bottle only lasting me 45 days.

I require magnesium and I am continuously searching for an honest product that is labeled correctly. (Many times, I find the labeling to be ambiguous or wrong.)
A refreshingly excellent product is this 3-in-1 magnesium complex from “goodness encapsulated”.
Labeling is clear, with good contrast and font size and all numbers are reasonable. Each capsule weights about 900mg and contains 740mg of magnesium complex. The amount of elemental magnesium is listed as 140mg, or 33% DV. While one capsule is labeled as 1 serving, they recommend three capsules for men and two capsules for women. Of course if we have other sources of magnesium, even one capsule might be sufficient. It is nice to be able to adjust the dose.
Except for the magnesium (as mix of bisglycinate, di-magnesium malate, lysinate-glycinate), there are no other ingredients. This is desirable.
The bottle has an easy to open snap top and the shelf life seems to be about two years (best by 10/2026), but properly stored it should keep much longer than that. It is made in the USA and third party tested. (Other seals are for non-GMO, Vegan, GMP, kosher, all not that important for most).

Love this formulation of Mg Bisglycinate. Have been very happy using it and really thrilled that it’s one capsule and the dose you need can be adjusted easily. Having a relatively small amount in each capsule makes it simple to use with other supplements or to adjust as needed. I’ve been directed by my doctor to take a certain amount of magnesium, and it’s tough when the capsule dose is too large (often the case) or it’s a bunch of different things and not easy to figure out how much of each is included. Love that it’s made in the USA and third-party tested, really love the clear text and labeling (so often not the case). Easy to take and easy on the digestion.

Three sources of magnesium in this supplement. You can take from 1-3 capsules which is less than other magnesium supplements. I like this is made in the USA although the website is vague. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not cause an upset stomach. The price point is good and affordable per serving. I would recommend this product especially if the website were more clear on manufacturing info.

I usually take magnesium with 6 or 10 varieties. serving can be 1 to 3 capsules. No fillers. Made in USA. Taste is like the other brands. No odors or aftertaste. No digestive issues. Seems to work just as well as the brands with more variety. Supplement facts, ingredients and usage on bottle. About 2 year shelf life.
