This Anirva multi collagen supplement is unique in that it includes a few different types of collagen to help with anti-aging and other health concerns. I’m taking collagen because I’m in my 40s now and am hoping to keep my skin and hair looking youthful. My usual collagen supplement is a liquid, but i was interested in trying out the capsule version and it I’d say it’s helping. My nails are growing faster (usually my first sign of effectiveness)! I’d say it’s worth it to try this supplement if you’re interested in adding a more comprehensive collagen supplement to your beauty routine.

I take various supplements, so I can’t speak to the efficacy of this particular supplement. I can say that the pills are easy to swallow without any nasty aftertaste. I know that it can take a few months for the effects of collagen to take effect, so It would be difficult to ascertain results this soon anyway. I do know that this supplement offers a lot of excellent elements that make it worthwhile to try.

This is an excellent Collagen complex made in the USA. 90 capsules for a 30-day supply of recommended collagen types for all walks make it a good value for anyone looking for added collagen. This has the right types of collagen and good quantities. This is a quality supplement to try out and see if the benefits help you look and feel better.

I made a switch to this blend of collagen and after taking it for a while, realized a few things in my body had changed for the positive.
After only 2.5 weeks of taking this easy-to-swallow supplement, I noticed my normally thin nails were thicker, more substantial, and thus could take more use as a tool. Normally I don’t ever use my nails for anything because they immediately split and shear and break. Now they were sturdier and longer than I normally can grow them without that breakage.
It took a while, too, but my skin started showing less congestion and fewer blackheads and ingrown hairs in the chin area. I use a dermaplaner and tone and wash and use serums afterward, but those are all things I’ve been doing for years. With the only change being the added collagen (nor was I going out less and exposing my skin to sunlight or environmental pollutants), I was happy that everything looked just a bit brighter. It’s hard to explain but the ruddiness in my cheeks was lessened, and the circles under my eyes were paler.
I have a congenital birth defect in my hips; they are malformed and the femoral heads are malformed, causing multiple surgeries and lifelong pain and arthritis. For reference, I’m in my early 40s and have to be very careful with what and how I eat and my activity levels because most anything will set off this inflammatory reaction that has my hips on absolute fire most days. With any added collagen in my diet, this pain is deadened somewhat, and this supplement also had that effect after taking for several weeks and into a month. It takes more for my hip pain to flare.
All in all, it’s a well rounded blend of different types of collagen, they go down easy with no aftertaste or weird burping, and I personally believe it has been helping my pain levels so much that it’s definitely worth the investment for my health.

Large capsules make it a bit difficult to swallow but nothing like a glass of water on the side wont do the trick! Great beneficial collection of collagen to have daily, skins been feeling better Overrall great brand!
