Okay so I ordered these because I got the ADHD and am trying to deal with two jobs and grown up life. Instead of micro dosing M*th, I’d rather go natural. First tried Alpha Brain, which was okay, but initial boost wore off after a week or so of use and now it doesn’t do anything. Plus, so pricey! So I read up and found this blend and it seemed like the best value. Anyway I took my first dose today, on an empty stomach. The effects seem to be calming, with a definite appetite reduction without any nausea. So, if you are taking diet pills, I would swap them for these. Seriously. Unfortunately, I didn’t order these for weight loss but rather for focus. I didn’t feel very much of a difference generally, although, I did get a lot done today, especially considering I’m running on 5 hours of sleep and no meals. I have definitely been more productive, but haven’t felt any “effects”, just seen results. So, I am optimistic! These capsules seem of good quality and there is not really a smell, taste, etc. Also, the fact that I was no more nauseated than if I had eaten a regular mushroom is surprising. I have a sensitive stomach so I get nausea easily. In fact, by all accounts, the fact that I haven’t had any food should have made me nauseated now that I think of it. So, that’s interesting! I’d rate these 4/5 because I wanted to feel a “boost” but obviously they are effective and a great value.

I have been frequenting this mushroom complex for some time as it is great.
These mushrooms work well, and it isn’t over-hyped (like others that claim 10:1 or 20:1 potency, etc. – without any explanation as to how they arrive at that total bull feces – pardon my French).
The only problem with this brand is that it is so popular that it has been unavailable… I haven’t been able to replenish it for several months now. That is really, really bad for business, as inevitably people have to buy something else instead.
