This is by far the most effective supplement I’ve ever taken. I’m 58 years old and post menopausal so for me I’m sluggish and don’t want to get moving like I used to. After the 2nd day of taking this it kicked in and my mood and energy level is so much better! I’ve lost a few pounds as you don’t snack as much when you’re motivated. It’s important to note that this should be taken on an empty stomach and held under the tongue. Within a few minutes I feel a slight tingling sensation that’s brief and I know it’s working. It’s very thick, tart and sweet but if something works then I don’t care how it tastes . It’s not supposed to be savored like a fine wine. Lol Hope my review helps someone.

This vitamin works as described at providing needed energy. It does not have a very pleasant taste for me, but I find it much more tolerable than taking the pill, which taste and smell far worse and stays hours in my stomach.

I give this to my Autistic son every morning so taste is important, he takes it no problem. It’s a great liquid supplement, I highly recommend it. I even bought the triple pack after I ran out of the two bottles.

The order includes two small, 2-ounce glass bottles equipped with a rubber-bulb dropper. However, the dropper only dispenses about five drops, regardless of how much I squeeze it. The liquid is very thick and has a terrible taste. I tried refrigerating it, even though the directions state refrigeration is unnecessary. Unfortunately, it still tastes awful, even when cold.
On the positive side, I appreciate that it contains all the B vitamins, with a generous amount of B12, in a highly bioavailable formulation. So far, I have found it to be as effective as any other sublingual B complex I have tried. However, I wish I only had one bottle to finish, as the taste is unpleasant enough to make me consider trying a different brand next time.
