I’m almost 55, in menopause, and all kinds of craziness is going on with my body, not least is losing tons of hair!! YIKES!!!!! I have curly hair so I never brush it, and only wash it twice a week, but each time in the shower I would lost a handful of hair, and I mean, a LOT. When I was younger it was never this much, even though I don’t brush it at all. I started to get really scared about this, so I bought this collagen, thinking maybe it would help. I only take 2 a day, one at breakfast and one at lunch. It only took about 2 weeks for me to notice a measurable difference in how much less hair I was losing, but this really got so much better after about 2 months, I’m down to losing only about 15-20% of what I was before!!! Seems like it’s even less than I would normally lose when I was much younger. This stuff is AMAZING!!! I also take it for my joints and have also noticed a LOT less issues with my hip and feet. Absolutely have no problem giving this about 20 thumbs up!!!

I for some reason have bone pain in my hips and thighs with some collagens I have tried in the past. I don’t experience this with this collagen. It’s easy on my sensitive stomach also 😊. So I honestly didn’t have an issue with these didn’t actually see any difference in skin after taking for two months however! I started to develop knots (one of the knots/nodule is bluish in color-see photo) in my hand and went to the hand/foot doctor who said this is from a build up of collagen called Dupuytren’s contracture….WHAT!!! So I was advised to instantly stop taking these pills.

The best I’ve ever taken. They really work. As an extra benefit that I wasn’t expecting, they stopped my hair from falling out and thinning so much. My hair had started thinning quite a bit before I started taking these vitamins. And as a bonus that I wasn’t expecting, these vitamins actually put a large stop to my hair thinning and there actually seems to be quite a bit of new hair growth as well. I originally started taking them for my skin & nails. My nails use to be very very thin and are now extremely strong and much thicker than they use to be. You will have to take them for a month or 2 & everyday to see the results, but they will be results that you can actually see over time. So worth it!!
