I like that this supplement has clean ingredients and that they claim to be more easily absorbed (although there is nothing in the listing or packaging that supports this claim). I’ve been taking a collagen supplement for my skin and hair that came in a huge capsule, so these smaller capsules are much easier to swallow.
They seem to be doing as well as the other supplement I was taking, with no stomach upset or bad taste, and the price is about average for this type of supplement. So I have no complaints.

I’m not sure why the listing for these makes claims like “high absorption” – they don’t offer the reasoning behind it. As far as I know, there’s nothing about these particular types of collagen that would make them more absorbable?
The dosage is 3 capsules daily, which I usually split up among my meals. It will take a while for me to see results, of course, but it’s very convenient just to take a capsule. I’m much less likely to procrastinate or forget about taking it than the powder, and the effective supplement is the one that actually gets ingested, right?
I wish these included vitamin C, which is necessary for the absorption of collagen, and is included in the powder I normally take.

Have taken this multi-type mix of collagen from other brands in powdered form, so thought capsules could be simpler. But looking at the amount of collagen provided per serving, that is way under what you would get following the instructions from a powdered mix, less than 20%. So don’t know if these pills can come close to matching the efficacy of alternatives with such a wide disparity in the underlying product. And the information offered about the ingredients on the container is minimal, so you can’t make any meaningful comparison as to the potential health effects based on the compounds delivered. Overall, this product seems to provide mediocre value at best.

These are larger, but still easy to swallow because of the type of capsule. It didn’t upset my stomach. Has lots of good ingredients that I use for general skin and hair support. Please with this product.
