The gel is very comfortable, it feels like memory foam. I ordered another version, and it was just gel pads placed throughout the cap, very awkward, I had to return. I will be ordering extras of this one. The shoulder one is genius!

I purchased this for my wife as she suffers from migraines fairly regularly. I purchased other ones without the neck piece option, [of which she still has. In fact she has 3], but found this & thought it might be a nice alternative. She loves it. Although the other ones work really well & she has had them for a long time, this one is slightly better not just because of the neck option but also because the “internal padding” on the face mask is on the back as well as the front, [the original ones she has only has padding on the front], so you have the cold packing all around your head, [which she tells me is better]. It is also heavier than the others. The covers are nice & soft & it is very well made. She keeps them in the freezer, [as is recommended], so that they are ready to go when needed. You can tell the company takes pride in their products. It is priced very well for what you are getting & we will most likely purchase a second one as a spare. If we don’t we definitely will if this one ever breaks down. 100% recommendable.

I have long used ice packs for migraine relief. I have tried other neck and shoulder packs, but when cold they were too stiff and too uncomfortable to use.
This head piece is stretchy and cover 360 degrees. It applies the cold equally around head and on eyes. The neck and shoulder piece is much the same. It comfortably applies cold to both neck and shoulders at the same time.
For me, the coldness lasted about 30 – 45 minutes. My only slightly negative thought is that I wish the cold lasted longer before needing to go back into the freezer.

It’s somewhat soothing, but didn’t help to rid of my headache. The thing I don’t love is that it is Painfully cold when you first put it on out of the freezer, but then it almost cools down too fast to wear the cold effect doesn’t last very long, Like I’m talking not even an hour did it stay cold. The neck part did stay colder longer, but the head part just didn’t sooth for as long as I would’ve liked it to. Overall just not a great pain solution for someone who suffers from chronic headaches.

Soft and comfortable to wear! I just wish this stayed cold longer but trust me I have paid more for ice packs that were uncomfortable to wear and this you can go sleep your headache off in comfort 🥰👍

I got one for myself and my boss because we both get migraines. It’s perfect how cool it stays all the time. It’s way too cold if you put it in the freezer at all.

The quality of this item is superb. It doesn’t take long to get cold in the freezer. I’ve used it quite a bit. The neck piece definitely hits all the right spots and the head piece is comfortable.
