TINTED SUNSCREEN COMBO PACK

Not bad, it’s very creamy and easy to apply. Although I am a naturally tan person the color does show up on me slightly darker. I would recommend mixing it with a non-tinted sunscreen just to add extra protection! It makes my skin very glossy which I like.

This stuff is lovely. It goes on well with fingertips or with a makeup brush, but I prefer to use the brush. It MOSTLY fades to match your skin color but now that I’m losing my tan, it’s slightly off color. I don’t think I’d use it a lot in the winter. One other thing- the zinc is drying, which is LOVELY for oily or acne prone skin like mine. It clears up any breakouts so well that I started using it as a spot treatment concealer when I don’t wear it all over my face. This might be a problem if you have naturally dry skin though. The tin is also fairly small so I got one for the bathroom, one for my purse, and one for my car. Love it!

I normally use Supergoop MatteScreen but wanted to try this since it’s organic and water/sweat proof and I really like it. I don’t like a shiny face and was afraid this may moisturize too much with an oily look but it actually keeps my skin with a nice fresh non-greasy look all day. The butter is thick but I use it lightly (you only need a tiny bit) and I blend it with a foundation brush for an air brushed effect. Both the butter and lotion blend seamlessly with no pilling or streaking and with no white cast. The sunscreen seems to work well and it stays on all day despite sweating. I don’t need foundation when using this and I love the natural glow. I’ll be purchasing again when I run out, highly recommend!

No whiteness. It has a bit of a darker shade to it, but it’s not bad as I have fair skin.
This is a waterproof sports sunscreen, so if you’re looking for something lightweight try something that’s more cosmetic. But if you’re serious about keeping the sun off you, this is a good one.
Just don’t wear white clothing, lol.

日本の日焼け止めは外国で規制されている成分が含まれているのをインスタで知りました。紹介されていたのがこの商品です。首がいつも痒くなるのでこれに切り替えました。色が茶色なので、私は気になりませんが、娘は嫌だと言いました。

I did a first drive test today and let me tell you, it’s one of those products that wether you love them or hate them. Firstly, the quality of this sunscreen is excellent! No weird hidden ingredients, all is clean and friendly. Even Yuka rates this sunscreen as 100%. That’s all we actually need to know ! 😉
Now, the wear of it isn’t for everyone, that’s for sure. It’s not greasy, as stated and it does blends beautifully into the skin. I would say if you have a dry skin it’s definitely not for you, as it dries in a matte finish. It’s quite sticky though. Overall I still love it! You may try and layer it with another sunscreen (as I did) or a foundation on the top, I think it may also work quite well. It does have a slightly greyish green undertone to it, but it’s very subtle and evens out in the end (as long as it’s not orange, right! 😉 So, I definitely will repurchase once I finish this one.

After using the Yuka App I found out that my current sunscreen (elta md) that dermatologists recommend had very harmful chemicals. This one was recommended because it is made with non harmful chemicals and is safer to use. The tint is a little more yellow than I would like for my skin tone but it goes on smooth and looks great. I just wish the tube version came in a higher SPF.

Pros:
1)Noncomedogenic (I have combo skin)
2)Scans 100 on Yuka (perfect ingredients, way better than any other barrier sunscreen on market)
3)Dewy (a preference)
4) Doesn’t transfer (like you’d expect, more on this at the end)
5)Sustainable packaging, tin round is great can be washed reused or sent in to be melted down, should not end up in landfill.
Cons:
1)It’s a butter. Too thick/greasy for my liking (maybe I could thin it myself, but I wouldn’t want to compromise SPF)
2) Too warm, dark, not exactly my shade on any day with tan, without one. (I’m biracial, no go for fair skin)
Overall: Best for skin/body/earth on the market, great price. I’m just picky because there has to be better out there for me personally. Won’t buy again.
Note: I’m not listing smell as a factor as I’ve found all mineral sunscreens have a distinct scent, and I choose my health & skin over something so minuscule to its benefits.
More if you’re interested: For the All Good Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Butter, it is a little hard to get out of the can in a clean efficient way, I use and recommend a Kabuki brush to apply any tinted sunscreen, although because it’s a butter you have to push in a bit and it won’t be a clean swipe (you’ll use up more in the middle than the sides, so you may have to get creative in getting it out as you use more). I’ve also used a makeup sponge which works best for using the first half of the tin as it gets closer to empty, it was no longer helpful. It’s heavy on the skin, barrier sunscreens do work by sitting on top, but this is quite thick and any time you touch it it feels as though you’re pushing around the thicc layer on your face, in a way that forces you to be aware of it all day- no different from other makeup. I will say when I give my family hugs and kisses and even when wearing white, again it’s something I’m aware of, but it really doesn’t transfer. Not much on my glasses nor ever on other people like a fresh application of my beloved La Roche would absolutely transfer. So that’s a pro, it’s sticky, but it’s sticking to your own face. I said I won’t buy again because it feels like a chore to wear. I liked my other because it felt like a privilege and I looked forward to wearing it, I loved the look of it so much.
For even more on how it stacks to similar products I’ve tried:
For the last few years I’ve been on a hunt for a mineral sunscreen (hopefully you’re aware by now of the difference & that a tinted mineral sunscreen seems to be the only option if you don’t want a white cast) ever since my favorite La Roche Posay’s tinted mineral revealed itself to contain aluminum salts (we know this gives people cancer). So sad, it was the perfect color had a more liquid consistency for quick and easy application and a light feel and was dewy, I stopped wearing foundation, I loved it so. Now I use the app Yuka to scan everything I put on and in my body to keep endocrine disrupters and carcinogens (cancer and autism) out of it, since America has no problem with us consuming these things. I’ve also tried ILIA SPF 50 tinted sunscreen to which had an awful smell actually much stronger than anything else I’ve tried & it’s also $50 and I couldn’t find a shade that worked for me, although I didn’t give it a real shot at a price of $50 for 1oz. Hunt continues…

Trying to find a tinted sunscreen that isn’t harmful to you is a bit difficult. You have to worry about whether it works well, how it looks on your skin, and how it smells. This is the first time I’m trying this brand, and I’m pleasantly surprised.
1. The tint is a nice color. Having a white cast on my skin was why I didn’t use sunscreens as much before. Let’s face it, we care about looking good when out and about. This product doesn’t change my skin color by much, which is nice. It’ll encourage me to use it more often. I’ve attached 2 pics of before & after.
2. There’s not a strong sunscreen smell, you know that chemical smell that comes with all sunscreens. The smell of this product is light, and I appreciate it.
3. It works, I was out for almost 2 hours and my skin didn’t burn. There’s not much to it, it works. As long as you use this according to instructions, you should be fine.
This sunscreen is rated 2 by EWG. I would like to see them work on getting this product down to a 1 or become EWG verified. However I have tried other EWG verified sunscreens, they’re often very expensive, some of their tint colors don’t look good, or they smell weird. So you have to make sacrifices somewhere I suppose. This product works well for me so far and checks the points that I care about.
And yes any tinted sunscreens will stain your clothes. It should not be a reason why you wouldn’t use this particular sunscreen.
