Sea moss here…get your sea moss! What? Huh? never heard of such things when I was a kiddie, and pretty sure that’s a good thing. Another battle of what I refuse to eat. But I’ve grown up now and will eat almost anything…even sea moss…evidently.
That’s in one of the bottles (mostly), the other is that Ashwaganda root. I cannot speak to the Shilajit as to taste on it’s own, but that Ashwaganda root is one mean spirited tea. I had real difficulty drinking that, even though it has claims of greatness. That almost full bag of roots snickers at me every time I open the tea cabinet…sorry…not again…just sit there. I have pills now.
This solves all of those issues…just take a pill instead.
Some herbals are a joy to brew and drink…other are NOT.
This is the best way with some of these ingredients…in my opinion.
If you think you need it, this is a great delivery system. I think the price could be cheaper, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Got this for my roommate and we recently both started taking this! So far it seems to be decent, I haven’t noticed anything super crazy happening yet to me but I do feel a little more energized throughout the day and just feel pretty good! I’m still new to trying it and it hasn’t been more than a couple weeks at this point but so far so good. The ingredients on these bottles seem to be really good and they all have great health benefits that can definitely help you in day to day life! Overall, it’s a decent product! I can’t guarantee this supplement will do anything for you but it can be worth a shot as these ingredients do assist your body with all sorts of different functions.
My only issue so far is that the pills are very big which makes it a little hard to swallow. The taste isn’t too bad compared to other supplements and pills but the size of the pill is a bit unappealing for me!
