This supplement has a lot of great ingredients and doesn’t hurt my stomach. It is a 3 capsule serving size, but they’re decent sized and don’t have a bad taste. I’m not sure how effective they are, haven’t really noticed any changes yet but I’m going to finish the bottle and update.
