    I usually use a regular (often fragrance free) lotion with a pump for my body. I was very curious to try this product because of the added collagen and peptides – and also because I love the smell of roses.
    First off, the container is hefty and large. I was quite impressed with how it was filled all the way to the top. When I took off the protective paper, it was completely full.
    I’ve been using it as an after shower moisturizer (on wet skin), as a foot cream and also any time my body/skin feels like it needs hydration. “Butter” is a great way to describe it – it is thicker and more emollient than your typical cream. It dries down very well – there is no lingering oil or film afterwards (which I especially appreciate on my hands). There is an immediate improved hydration in the skin. It feels and looks noticeably smoother. I love how healthy and vibrant it makes my legs look, even if they are not freshly shaved.
    And it smells just like roses! While the product does dry down completely, the scent still lingers for a while and it is a *strong* scent. Do keep this in mind if you are sensitive or do not like fragrance.

    Overall, I’m super impressed with the quality, performance and size. I barely made a dent in it, which means it will last for a long time even with regular and generous use. 5/5 stars. Definitely recommend this amazing product!

    This rose scented body lotion smells so good. This actually smells just like a dozen red roses. I have another rose scented lotion and it smells nothing like this. I some times just go take the lid off of this and sniff it because it smells amazing. Also the tub that this comes in is really big at 16.9 oz. I know this says it is body butter but I wouldn’t call this a body butter. To me personally a body butter is a thicker lotion that when you rub it on your body it takes a little bit for it to rub in and soak in. This is not a watery lotion, but it is very thin lotion. I do like this for putting on my body after my shower because it smells good. If I need a real moisturizer, I definitely use something else. I hope you find my review helpful.

    I didn’t think I would like this body butter. When I first applied it, it seemed a bit greasy but as it absorbed into the skin, I was surprised at the toning quality it had. It really absorbed well and made my skin feel soft with no greasy after-film.

    Although the product description claims this is a “coconut” butter, it smells more floral and rose-scented. The fragrance is not overwhelming but lingers lightly — just enough to remind you that you “buttered” your skin. This body butter arrives in an extremely well-sealed container. It is a huge portion for the price You definitely won’t be disappointed in this product — in price or performance. It works very nicely as a body lotion and hand lotion. This is a container to be placed on the night stand as a reminder to use it on a regular basis. There is more than 16 ounces in this container which translates into “generous amounts can be lathered into one’s skin.” If you are looking for a toning lotion that leaves your skin feeling nourished and hydrated without a greasy feeling, this might be the one to fit your needs.

    A great price and overall a good body butter that felt really moisturizing. It just left a bit of a stickiness that I don’t prefer – it prevents me from using it during the day. Also the rose smell was too overpowering for me. I don’t usually love floral scents though esp rose so maybe it’s just me. I don’t mind it, but it’s not my favorite.

    This is a really great moisturizer, and a huge amount at this price! When the package came, I wasn’t even sure what it was going to be because it was so heavy.
    I like that it’s more like a whipped body cream than a typical lotion moisturizer. It looks like it’s going to be very heavy but it feels light and absorbs very quickly. To the point that you don’t even feel like you put moisturizer on just a few minutes afterward. But yet, your skin still feels moisturized.
    My only warning is that you definitely must like the scent of rose. Rose isn’t my go to scent but I’ve had it before in items and completely figured it would smell like rose due to the rosehip. But this is almost a stronger, more realistic rose scent (likely because it’s actual rosehip and not added artificial rose scent). I do actually like it but I’m just saying you just can’t have a sensitivity or dislike of rose scent.
    Overall, I really like this product and will look at other items they make. I’d love to try this in another scent, too.

    Don’t put mineral oil on my skin this is a big no no no no and product damage the jar was cracked!
