This collagen supplement works amazingly well on my hair and nails. Within a week of taking this supplement, I felt like my nails were stronger and less likely to split. My hair feels fuller, stronger and doesn’t fall out as much. I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my skin yet, but I am optimistic that this will change over time with regular consumption. I have also noticed a good energy boost, improved digestion, and more! I have only been taking these capsules for a few weeks and am thrilled with my results so far.
The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day, which makes this bottle a 40-day or 1-month supply. In that respect, it is a little pricey, but it will be worth it if it keeps me looking young! These capsules are odorless and flavorless. They are a good size and easy to swallow. I take these capsules with a meal and plenty of water. I have not noticed any negative side effects thus far. This is a good quality product if you are looking to supplement your collagen as it has so many other health benefits, too.

The bottle holds enough capsules for 40 days at the recommended dosage. Takes 60-90 days for full results. That would cost about $75 to over $100 taking the recommended dose.
It looks like all natural ingredients. I don’t know if it’s normal, but the Collagen part is: “Collagen Complex as Hydrolyzed Bovine Hide Collagen Peptide, Chicken Broth Protein and Hydrolyzed Egg Membrane.”
So…. I’ll pass.

DLNIA Collagen Pills Peptides Types I, II, III, V & X MCG Biotin Keratin Hyaluronic Acid MSM Vitamin A Vitamin C Vitamin E Folic Acid Zinc. I’m a religious user of Biotin and collagen, and these have great bonafides. Plus, they’re easy to swallow, the taste and smell aren’t objectionable, and they come packaged securely and safely. They have every seal of approval you can imagine, as well as being made in the USA. But…and this is the reason for the one star deduction…they’re really pricey. If you don’t mind paying, then these are definitely the ones I’d go with. If you’re on a tight budget like me….

I recently did some self education on the different forms of collagen so I was thrilled to see that this advanced multi collagen from DLNIA contains five types of collagen ( plus 13 additional ingredients), including vitamins A, C, D, E, folate, biotin, zinc, magnesium complex (glycinate, chelate,oxide), grapeseed extract, Quercetin, black pepper, and a proprietary blend of keratin, hyaluronic acid, and MSM.
This product also contains zero fillers, artificial colors, binders, milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, fish, gelatin and shellfish. There is a satisfaction guaranteed policy if you are not happy with the product.
The instructions advise starting with one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water, gradually increasing to three capsules daily.
The bottle contains 120 capsules which at three per day would last you 40 days. The package was double safety sealed and has an expiration date of March 2027 printed on the bottle. I am looking forward to seeing the positive results of this multi collagen supplement and definitely recommend trying it.

I like the different forms of peptides included in this collagen supplement, but I wish it didn’t take 3 of them to equal the listed serving. That’s a lot of extra pills to swallow. Some brands of collagen upset my stomach but so far so good with this one.
I like that collagen and biotin are both included, as both are helpful to keeping the body aging gracefully! Or, at least, as gracefully as it can… !
I would buy again but will keep an eye on the price as it seems to fluctuate quite a bit.

I just picked up these Collagen Pills, and I’m excited to start taking them! They’ve got a really impressive blend of ingredients—collagen types I, II, III, V, and X, plus biotin, keratin, hyaluronic acid, and a ton of vitamins like A, C, and E. There’s even magnesium, zinc, and grape seed extract, so it feels like a comprehensive approach to skin, hair, and joint support. I’m hopeful this will be a great addition to my routine for overall wellness. Can’t wait to see the benefits once I start!

This supplement is very complete and it has a nice blend of ingredients. The pills are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and they are odorless. No side effects so far, so good.

I removed one star from this review because they printed “ingerdients” on the label, but it says made in USA. Maybe a spell checker would be a good hire! Product is gluten free and non-GMO, claims to improve hair, nails, skin and joints.
