I’ve been using this FitDash Collagen Peptide Powder for a few weeks now, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. I mix a scoop into my coconut water, and it dissolves easily with the help of a milk frother. I haven’t noticed any clumping or off-putting flavors.
The amino acid profile seems comparable to other collagen powders I’ve used, and it’s a good source of protein. I appreciate that it’s grass-fed and tasteless.
One thing I noticed is that it has a slight yellow tint, unlike the pure white color of other collagen powders I’ve tried. I’m not sure if that makes any difference, but it’s something I observed.
Overall, I’m happy with this collagen powder. It’s a good value for the price, and it’s easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

This is a very generous supply of collagen peptide for tissues that need a lot of collagens. Although this is not a source of complete animo acids for all the proteins, it contains the building block needed for making collagen. As you can see from the package, there are 18 amino acids, 8 are essential amino acids. There is no cysteine, tryptophan, or asparagine, since they are not in collagen. It is a nice source for those who need collagen. The source is tress fed caw. Since this protein is in high quantity, you may need a lot. I alway use this product together with my regular meals to make sure the total protein is not too much. It is easier to dissolve in worm water or milk, with agitation. There is no special odd taste.

The amino acid content of this Collagen Powder compares to other collagen powders I have used. One scoop is the serving size whereas the others are two scoops. Scoop for scoop their contents are about the same.
This powder has a yellow tint whereas the others are pure white. I am not sure if that means anything though.
I mix it in our coffee with a milk frother so I don’t have any clumping issues. I don’t detect any odd flavor.

I’ve been using this collagen supplement for about a month now and I really like it. I use collagen for health reasons, to support hair and joints, etc., and this supplement has done what I needed it to do. My doctor recommended using a collagen supplement to help with joint issues I’ve been dealing with and I have noticed some improvement. He said it would take several months to see major improvement, so I plan to keep using this and hope these improvements continue. I like that this collagen is from grass fed, pasture raised cows. I bought the unflavored version to avoid any other ingredients. The flavor isn’t great p plain, but it isn’t horrible either. I normally use it in protein shakes where it doesn’t affect the taste at all. This collagen powder mixes easily with liquids.
I really like this product, and plan to continue using it. I like that it comes from grass fed, pasture raised cows to avoid unwanted ingredients. I highly recommend this collagen supplement.

This dissolves quickly and smoothly in my coffee each morning. It does leave a slight taste difference in your coffee. It isn’t strong tasting. It just lightly changes the taste of your drink. It does seem to help though because my skin looks great.

This collagen is not more cost effective than my regular Vital Proteins collagen, which is kosher, grass fed, pasture raised, made without gluten & dairy; when serving size is broken down and compared. Both work out to a 10 gram serving size of collagen. Vital Proteins provides 54 servings at 10 grams and this Fit Dash is only 41 servings. Vital Proteins cost $36 and FitDash is $30. For $6 more you get 13 more servings. Therefore, there is no real motivation for me to continue to purchase product without substantial savings though I feel the quality is comparable. My opinions are subjective and decision to purchase is subjective.

I didn’t have any issue with this collagen powder it mixed fine with my morning coffee and I didn’t have any adverse taste or smell. The price was pretty par with other Amazon collagens but a little overpriced for collagens that you might get at the popular bulk membership clubs. You do have to use two scoops to get the normal 20 grams of collagen.
