Ok so the picture on the main product page shows different instructions than the box I received. So day 1 take 8 total in the day ..day 1 take 1 tan every 30 mins then 1 tablet.. ok I mean I know it’s natural remedy but I feel slightly concerned taking that much medicine.. I’m not sick so I can’t say I tried them. But it worries me taking that much.

I’ve used many different cold and flu medications and this one has less of a sledge hammer impact on symptoms than some others. This is probably because it is homeopathic and works with the immune system to aid recovery rather than directly works to quash symptoms. In the long run, I think this is better as recovery is quicker, but symptoms aren’t reduced as much as something more potent. In the short run though, if you’re looking for something which will really dampen how bad you feel, but not really do so much for helping your immune system recover so you can go to work and not feel miserable until the medication wears off, this isn’t as effective. I think this probably is better for your health in general, but not about getting you back on your feet as rapidly as possible. It really does depend on your priorities.
I liked that this dissolves in your mouth rather than has to be swallowed and I also liked the overall ingredients list and the way in which it works. I think that, if you’re going to stay home sick and give your body the attention and supplements it needs to help you get well, this is a good choice.

These work really good and I like that you just let them dissolve in your mouth and don’t have to swallow them. I had a cold the other day and didn’t feel good at all and tried one of these and I felt ten times better the next day. These work well and work really fast, I will definitely keep using them and would recommend!!

I received one box of “Brillia Health : Cold & Flu Recovery”. The box contains 40 tablets.
Since, I received my box I have noticed that the directions on the box have changed somewhat (from what is currently listed in the Amazon ad).
On the box I received the directions state to take “8 tablets total for the first day” then on days 2 through 5 “take 1 tablet 3 times a day”.
I am not someone who likes to take “medicine or pills” of any kind (Homeopathic or not). So, I can’t honestly see me taking 8 in one day (as the directions stated here).
Luckily, I haven’t had a cold or the flu since receiving this box. Knock on wood.

I used this for a minor cold.
It masked the symptoms pretty well, though maybe not quite as well as some of the OTC stuff I usually use. (Confession, I often use severe cold formulas in order to get through work.)
These are tablets that dissolve, so easy to take. Taste was fine. I experienced no negative issues.
Will use again for minor sniffles/colds.

My husband recently had a cold/flu, so needless to say that this came in handy. He does prefer taking capsules over tablets, but he happily took some.
I also had body aches yesterday, so I took some. I also prefer capsules. No after taste, none that I can tell. It helps alleviate my pains. It is a bit on a pricey side though.
