When I feel a cold coming on I use these and it does shorten the length of the cold. Instead of it lasting 7 to 14 days it knocks it down to 3 or 5 days.

I have not used this product continuously for a cold yet, however, I did try one lozenge. The zinc makes this difficult to “hang in there”. But, if you are feeling lousy and it works??? If I have an actual cold to deal with I will update my remarks.

I’ve been a fan of Cold-Eeze for a few years, ever since my mother told me it worked for her. I work in a doctor’s office, so I’ exposed to lots of people every day. In the winter I disinfect constantly, but inevitably I’ll feel my throat getting scratchy or nose start to run a little. At that point I immediately start taking it 4-6X a day for 2-3 days and it almost always goes away! If my coworker (who sits right next to me) get a cold I will take it 2-3 times a a day to keep me from getting it, and if I do it’s pretty much gone within a few days. I have this stuff in my purse, work drawer, car and home so I can take it when I need it!

I like these because it does more than just supply my virus receptor cells with zinc for binding. It supplies me with lots of goodies for immune health. And the zinc level is safe enough to take more than once a day.

i always use cold-eze when im sick and it gets rid of my colds within 2 days. while i wish i did a better job of getting it shipped in while in basic training so i would be allowed to have it im always glad to have it when im sick.
