Perfect Size for my 8.5 (39) Ladies Shoes size. I use it for Neuropathy pain associated with right leg paralysis, from an accident that left me with chronic pain and loss of almost all of sensation. The only thing I feel is a general ache and because of the loss of circulation it’s always cold. Heating this little gel pack up & applying it is an easy. Quickly warms up the foot and relieves the discomfort. The Material that holds the little gel pack is great quality, easy to put on, it’s adjustable and closes with Velcro. Fits even when I have edema in the foot and it’s a couple inches bigger. Definitely safer than wrapping a heating pad around the foot and it doesn’t fall off like a magic bag or hot water bottle. Stays put and is Comfortable. I would like to buy a couple of extra Gel packs in case I need to relace the original or use on for Cold and one for hot. Not sure if they sell them separate on Amazon but I hope they do.

Perfect for securely holding ice pack to top of my broken foot. I broke my metatarsal and that’s a tough area in which to secure an ice pack. Works like a charm. I was able to put a walking boot over it. Highly recommend!

I purchased this ice pack for my tennis elbow pains. I needed something that would stay in place and I didn’t have to hold with my other arm. This wearable gel pack has been great! Stays in place. I does get very cold so I do have to put something between my skin and the gel pack like a thin cloth or rag. Same with the heat, it will get really hot. Like others have said, it does not retain the coolness or heat for a very long time but you really aren’t supposed to apply heat or cold to the affected area for more than 20 minutes at a time. I’d say that you can get a good 10 minutes of cold or heat from this gel pack. A solution would to be to buy two I guess. I’ve been happy with this purchase.

I only wish it was a little smaller wrap for a narrow, size 7.5 foot.

This wrap is great! I use it as cold compress. It stays cold for a long time. The compress removes from the band and can be placed anywhere on the band. It isn’t bulky. I am very happy with it!

Okay. I am not one to write reviews but THIS PRODUCT is the best thing I have ever bought from Amazon and I probably get 3-5 packages a week. This is the most affordable yet most functional item I have ever bought. The fact that you put the gel pad in the microwave for 40 seconds and it is so hot! Same for icing, amazing after 2 hours in the freezer! So incredibly easy to use and love the velcro on the gel pad and the strap it comes with to hold the pack in place. The owner also included a VERY friendly note in the package if anything was damaged to let them know. I 10/10 recommend this and will be purchasing more products! I got the foot pack and it’s the best if you’re chronically injured or work out a lot!! BEST ITEM EVER:)

The ice pad is smaller than I thought it would be & it doesn’t stay cold for long. I broke the right side of my foot, and was hoping for something that could wrap around the side. The wrap itself is designed well and keeps things in place with velcro.

This wrap is nice and good price. It is thin, so the only issue I have is that if you freeze it, it doesn’t stay very cold for long -about 20 minutes. I haven’t tried warming it yet but it may be the same with that.
