Great product, but DON’T buy from LMS Global Enterprises. Shipping took 5 weeks with numerous excuses of delays. When received, the package was smashed and barely recognizable. AND not returnable due to a technicality.

I’ve had Cold Eeze on hand in my medicine cabinet for years. For me personally, they definitively shorten the intensity and duration of any colds I’ve come down with. Once cold symptoms begin, I include a couple of these lozenges per day into my recuperative regimen. Even shortly after finishing one, I feel the symptoms abating. A couple of things to remember for them to be most effective. Do not take them on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink within 15 minutes after a lozenge. Completely dissolve the lozenge by mouth (do not bite or chew). These are potent little zinc lozenges, so be sure to read the label for other precautions as they may interfere with other medications. If you don’t have any conflicting issues with other medications, they are really an amazing little treatment! There may be other cheaper zinc lozenges out there, but NONE as effective as these!!

Cold-eeze is an old standby for me. I’ve been using them for years and they have always helped to make a cold less severe and shorter duration. The key is to start using them immediately when you think you have been exposed to a cold virus, or when you have the slightest beginning of symptoms. If you wait until you’re 2-3 days into the cold, it’s too late.

Get the Cherry flavor. It is not like the other Cherry flavored items like the cherry flavored cough drop. I can’t use them cuz it’s like a too sweet taste. These are a great taste. So happy I took a risk on getting cherry. I take these when I feel a bit run down, or when I go in the office and I hear that someone is coughing all over everything. Has helped to keep me healthy.

Better than Zicam because of the length of time it takes to dissolve, several minutes for coldeeze vs instant for Zicam, which actually is better. Taste is good when in mouth, but will probably leave an unpleasant metallic taste in your mouth. I also get slightly nauseous for a bit, but have found it very effective at shortening and preventing colds for the last 10 years.
