Each 7.06 oz (200.2g) container (price $55.24 on Oct. 16, 2023) provides 28 (1 scoop) x 7.15g servings or $1.97 per serving.
Each serving contains only 120mg of Hyaluronic Acid, 5g of Naticol Marine Collagen, Vitamins C and E, prebiotic, Glutathione, selenium, etc. These ingredients are known to be beneficial for healthy skin.
Supplement powder dissolves readily, and the Pink Dragon Fruit flavor tastes alright when mixed with our favorite beverages, smoothies, or shakes.
The adult members of my household have taken 1 serving each per day for one week and noticed slight improvements in skin radiance but no significant smoothing of existing wrinkles.

I usually take bovine collagen, so I thought I would try this marine collagen for a change. I added it to my morning smoothie. It added flavor to my smoothies and mixed-in fine in the blender. I didn’t notice any miraculous results from taking it. The effects felt pretty much the same as other brands of collagen I’ve used. Collagen seems to help some of my digestive issues.

I thought I would give this a try before I read any scientific information on whether drinking collagen would help my skin. I tried it for 2 weeks. So far, I have not noticed any difference.
I looked at web sites of Harvard and Cedars-Sinai, and both said there really isn’t any proof that drinking or swallowing collagen works. Harvard said “At this time, there isn’t enough proof that taking collagen pills or consuming collagen drinks will make a difference in skin, hair, or nails. Our bodies cannot absorb collagen in its whole form. To enter the bloodstream, it must be broken down into peptides so it can be absorbed through the gut.” C-S said “The issue is that most things we ingest are broken down by stomach acids and are not absorbed into the bloodstream. It’s unclear if we absorb ingested collagen or if it’s totally broken down in the stomach.”
Harvard also said that any benefit may be from other vitamins in the drink/pills.
For me, this is a “don’t order again”. But, if it makes you feel better to take collagen, this wasn’t bad tasting. I would prefer a pill.

This did make my skin glow; I felt better and did enjoy the taste a lot. However $64 a month!? That is just way too much!!! I found an alternate product for less than half the price which even has wild caught marine collagen. The savings are going into my retirement account!

I wanted to try this product for several days before I reviewed it. I like the taste and it doesn’t have to be ice cold in order to drink it and still have it taste good. The taste is not too sweet (which is good) and it doesn’t have any kind of chemical or artificial sweetener taste AT ALL. I’ve mixed it with water by using a small milk brother (my go to in the glass mixer) and also by adding the powder to a water bottle and giving it a good shake. Both methods blended the powder in well with no residue at the bottom of the glass or bottle. I haven’t added it to anything else, just straight up water – 8 to 10 ounces. It’s easy on my tummy – no gastric after effects, no bloating, just feeling good after drinking. I have been having this as an afternoon drink, which is working well for me, as I’ve eaten, but not drinking at the same time as having food. I’m looking forward to seeing what the effects are after finishing the canister, and would probably get this again. I also looked up the website for the manufacturer, and it looks like a really good company with a good story to provide women with high quality fitness and products. Job well done!

This is so horrible tasting to me that I can’t tell if the reason I feel sick after taking it is just from the taste or if I’m also having a side effect from it. It really makes me feel ill for a couple of hours after taking it.
I love the ingredients in this and was excited to take it, even though I knew I’d need to supplement extra collagen because this doesn’t have enough collagen in it to make a difference for me. From experience, I know I need at least 20-30 grams of collagen a day to really see a difference. I was hoping to use a little of this each day along with a separate collagen powder, but I’m going to have to discontinue this because its not worth feeling this bad.
This also doesn’t mix well at all for me in cold water. I’m attaching a photo of what it looked like after two minutes of mixing with a fork. I hope they can improve the taste and mixability of this formula because it should be a good mix of supplements for helping with the skin if I could get it down better.

I wasn’t sure about the flavor at first because I don’t really like grapefruit but it’s not bad. It’s especially delicious pairing the natural beauty with the wing woman immunity boost!
