UPDATE (1/11/24) I don’t even drink this everyday and ever since I did start my nails have gotten SO SO SOOO LONG STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL!! I’ve always had nubs as nails , they were non existent and always broke off but wow I can’t even believe these are my REAL nails and no one else believes me either lol! They are super super hard and strong , they do not break, hair has grown for sure and has gotten stronger , skin is still so so but that’s because I do not drink it everyday like I should. With that being said RUN AND BUY THIS !!!
It’s really good , I tried it with juice and it dissolved ok I just had to shake it alot , you can’t taste too much flavor is more a after taste. Dissolves better with hot things and specially coffee , the coffee taste over powers the flavor so no after taste after the coffee. Haven’t felt any relief yet from my sore muscles , I train 5 times a week as a power lifter so my muscles are always aching , but this is only my second day with it , will update !
Update: after only like a week or two of taking this everyday and forgetting weekends , my nails have changed DRASTICALLY, they have grown so strong and pretty but my hair I don’t notice anything yet nor my skin, and with muscles I can’t tell if it’s helping or not

BEST BEST collagen I have ever used , my nails have never been this long NOR strong and thick !! I cut them because I have HEAVY training everyday but my nails have never ever been this length , and they’ve gotten longer too with the collagen !! And super super strong and pretty
I like it , no taste with coffee –
I gave this product a 3 star because I’m hoping the company will read this and consider some of my suggestions, I do really love the product but I think it needs some minor changes to earn a five star from me.
I’ve been taking this daily now for going on 3 weeks, I love the product. I take it every day in my coffee, I’ve had no dissolvability issues, one stir and my coffee is good to go. I can say that one time I made the mistake of mixing my cream in first prior to my coffee and the cream and collagen didn’t mix well, but collagen, coffee, followed by cream worked great for me. I have had no issues here.
At first, I didn’t notice a huge improvement, but after about 10 days I started to notice significant improvements in my hair and nails. I first attributed this to maybe a placebo but after getting several comments from friends and my husband I’m certain the collagen is working the way it should. My hair is noticeably thicker and less dry/brittle. My nails are absolutely stronger and growing faster then I can ever remember.
The product does what it says which in my opinion it should, I believe where it falls short is on the lack of options. Firstly I would really like it if you could do a 60 day supply or at the VERY least have an option for a monthly subscription so we don’t have to come back and purchase every month. My hope is someone from the company reads this and comes out with a bigger size and some varieties.
Overall I’m getting the results I wanted from the product, but the company should offer more variations.

I know I’ve only been taking this product for a little less than a month. I bought it for myself, but after hearing its benefits, my husband jumped in on the wagon.
I also bought this product primarily because of the great reviews on how collagen has helped many people with their joint pains. My biggest and most bothersome problem are my knees. For years, (and at night esp) I lose sleep because of the dull pain on both my knees. I received this product at night. I was already in pain. So I was anxious to use it. So I made chamomile tea and added a scoop of the product. First thing I noticed was that it dissolved pretty quickly in my hot tea. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised that it did not alter the tatse of my tea. The product really is tasteless. I was happy and immediately thought of many other foods and drinks I could mix it in. Great! I have a lot of options on how to use it everyday!
OK, so i was in pain when i first took it and although I was anxious for the results, I knew it would take some time for the product to work in my system. Maybe after a few days or maybe a couple weeks the product will start to work for me, I thought to myself. Anyway, I took the product with no expectations at all. Lo and behold! I woke up the following morning and I’m thinking, “Wait, what? I slept through the night? No pain?! No!!? Can’t be!” I had pain every single night for years, but that night I had no pain. The product cant work that fast. Must be just a coincidence! Tried it again, but this time in the morning to mix with my coffee and once again, I slept through the night. Needless to say, it has been almost a month of taking physician’s choice collagen peptides, and I have been pain free since. This includes pain relief on my shoulders, and back. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, and I swear this has helped, too. I have a lot of prescription meds because of all my aches and pains, but I promise u, I have not taken any since taking this product. I still have pains but not as bad as it used to be. I hope to be completely painfree with this new product. I am so grateful I learned about this supplement. I just wish I knew sooner and saved myself a lot of pain and agony.
To add on to this amazing testimony, I learned that collagen is great for the hair, nails, and skin as well. Although I have not seen much difference in these aspects (yet), I know it will come next and I can’t wait!
Because of all these benefits, my husband and I decided to subscribe and have this auto-delivered every 3 weeks. Might have to change it to every 2 weeks.
