I have a hard time ever noticing effects of supplements and vitamins like these. But it’s been about 2 weeks that I’ve been regularly taking these, and there haven’t been any _negative_ effects, so that’s a good thing!
– easy enough to swallow. they are standard sized capsules that you’d see from most supplements like this. 3 at a time is a lot, but with enough water they go down
– no flavor to the caps themselves
– no after taste like you get sometimes for awhile after taking capsules like this and they open in your stomach
– no stomach/GI problems or issues afterward
So, while I haven’t noticed huge changes to the positive, I haven’t noticed any changes to the negative.

I have been taking this Gorilla Gulps | Full Spectrum Collagen Complex Type I, II, III, V X for about 3 weeks out of curiosity as my wife has taken collagen for years with good results.
Bottle comes sealed and has expiration date printed which gives sense of quality and safety. The serving size is 3 caps which I would have loved to see compressed in just one, although they are very easy to swallow, and very important, no aftertaste. I have not observed any adverse or allergic reaction.
I am content with the results so far as I can see that my nails are brighter and not cracking or peeling as before, and in general my skin looks more refreshed. I guess the benefit on joint will take longer although I have to admit that I wake up in the morning with less discomfort.
Very positive outcome for me. Recommended.

I prefer to get my collagen from cooked chicken joints, feet, and necks.
But from my research, having all of the differing types of collagen in one supplement virtually guarantees that at least one type will get absorbed and put to use in the body.
Forget the roman numerals. I looked on the bottle to see that this supplement contains BOVINE + MARINE + BIRD STERNUM (yum!) + CHICKEN COLLAGEN + EGGSHELL LINING!
Eggshell lining – for those who know – is hard to source and is a powerhouse for collagen content!
I can only get mine from uber-fresh eggs as store bought eggs are usually too old to pull the lining away from the eggshell.
One thing I’ve noticed after starting this bottle is that it’s easier getting up from a seated position. Perhaps it’s helping in some way after all.
The capsules are easy to swallow, although big. I swallow one at a time by placing the capsule onto the back portion of my tongue and surrounding it with an ounce of water until it is suspended in the water, then I swallow without thinking about it (just like you’re swallowing liquid).
No aftertaste, no smell, no breaking capsules.

I was so excited to try this full spectrum collagen complex. Unfortunately, my body did not agree with me. It gave me acne that I did not have when I was in my teenager years. The other thing is that I developed a rash and having an allergic reaction to one or some of the ingredients. I am having some kidney problems and I was told no meat, no poultry, no eggs, this explains probably my reactions so be aware of you kidney is talking to you so to speak.
