I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now, and while it’s still early days, I wanted to share my initial impressions. I started working collagen into my vits a few months ago, in an effort to improve not only hair and nails, but I have joint pain, so I figured ok, let’s try this. Does it work? I think I’ll need a longer course of trial for the joint issues. This supplement is really interesting because it has not only the collagen, but a well rounded supply of complementary vitamins. It makes it a good value.
I do think my hair and nails are improving. My nails are the easiest to examine, and they show changes the quickest of the 3 areas. I’m impressed.

I remain suspicious of collagen supplements. As I’m losing weight, I *would* like to boost my collagen production… but I’m just not seeing what I would call conclusive evidence of these things helping with it. That said, this also contains vitamin C, which actually is a big factor in your body’s natural collagen production. I prefer to get that kind of vitamin from natural sources for higher bio-availability, but taking it as a supplement certainly doesn’t hurt. For the time being, I’m just going to view this as a vitamin C supplement, with the potential added benefits of collagen peptides and all the other stuff it claims to do.

This is a really great solution for anyone looking for multiple supplements but who don’t want to take a multiple supplements every day. How about getting 14 in 1? Sign me up.
This bottle checks a lot of boxes. Made in the USA, naturally sourced, non-GMO, GMP certified. And it arrives safely sealed inside and out, which is one of my own requirements when purchasing supplements. Cap wrap and inner seal were tight. Product was factory clean when opened.
The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow. If you take the recommended 2 per day, you’ll have 75 days before you empty the bottle. Bonus points for sneaking in some marine collagen, which I LOVE for the skin and anti-aging benefits. Four types of collagen alone are worth the price of admission.
Supplement results are always subjective, but this bottle has a lot of the ingredients that I use…and they give me great results over time. There really is something for almost everyone in this package. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for something new in your supplement routine.

I like this blend of collagen plus vitamins. It’s great there are 4 types of collagen. Except for the biotin, there is not excessive amounts of dosage percentage in these, which I like. The recommended serving per day is 2 capsules which is decent, but I only take 1 cap a day. I still feel like I’m getting the effects from that.
My nails continue to be strong and my complexion glows for my age. The capsules are easy to swallow. This has a small amount of green tea in the proprietary blend, it’s something I noticed since I watch my caffeine intake. For 150 capsules, these are a good value.
