My wife (and I) are at an age where bowel health has become an issue, so my wife was eager to try one more approach. She’s been chewing the recommended doses for these for a couple of days and it hasn’t helped with the immediate issue, so maybe these are better as a preventative, like fiber gummies, rather than as a solution. (Though fiber gummies are half the price.) Also, she says the berry favor is distinctly raspberry, so that may influence your choice.
