I dislike regular powdered creatine so this was a nice change. It has a slightly artificial coffee taste but it is still miles better than chalky water. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away from traditional powder.

For many years, body builders have been taking Creatine for stronger and faster muscle growth. This product contains Creatine monohydrate which is the most active recommended form of Creatine.
However recently scientists and medical researchers have noted that elderly people tend to start losing muscle mass before any other parts of the body. So this supplement is not only for body builders. According to WebMD, Creatine is needed to process protein to make muscles and this ability slows down as we age. That leads to weakened muscle making the elderly prone to tiredness, loss of balance and even deadly falls.
So I have been taking Creatine since I turned 70. But most of the products I see in the market have been in powder form and it is mixing with water is so cumbersome and sometimes tasteless or even awful tasting. So I am so glad to see it in gummie form. Besides it taste like coffee which I like. Of course not to the level of an exquisite brand name espresso but it’s more like instant coffee but it’s not bad at all. The label says to take 4 gummies as one serving totalling 5000 mg but this is only a supplement and the recommendation is of course for athletes and not the elderly. Sources say the elderly can take even less and get great benefit so I take just one or two per day only which my personal doctor agrees with me.

I have nothing negative to say about these really. The taste is very much a coffee style flavor, which is great if that’s what you’re into. I normally take these in the morning along with my coffee, and then blend nicely. They have a pretty good texture and chewiness, although not quite perfect. They’re a little, hm, gooey, perhaps? Not bad, but they could be a little bit better. The recommended dose is four gummies, making this a month-long supply, but you can definitely cut that down however you want to stretch it out for a lot longer. It just depends on how much creatine you think you need per day. Good overall.

The good: The smell is pretty good, it’s like sniffing a fresh morning brew of coffee. These gummies are also way more convenient than dealing with powdered creatine. Plus, they’re packed with extra ingredients like L-Taurine, Vitamin B12, Betaine, and L-Citrulline, all of which are great for muscle strength and endurance.
The not-so-good: The taste didn’t do it for me. I honestly found it pretty unpleasant, and to make it worse, the flavor lingers, leaving a not-so-great aftertaste in your mouth. If convenience is your top priority, these gummies check that box. But if you’re hoping for something that tastes as good as it smells, well.

Below average for creatine gummies. They should remove the b12, get the dosage to only 2 gummies, and add a type of cream flavor to this “coffee.” As they are, and as others pointed out, they aren’t the best tasting and I’m writing this while drinking a huge cup of coffee. I love coffee but these need improvement.

Doesn’t taste like coffee, in fact, it doesn’t even taste edible. Never in my life have I ever spit food out, so having to do so is very telling in the fact that this is the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth.
I’m very skeptical on if this is even safe to consume with how it tasted. I will be throwing this away.
