These are a supplement, so I rate them mostly on what they can do for my body and health, but I also have to say that the flavor does not live up to the marketing. It’s not even close. There is indeed an aroma when you open the jar, but it’s vaguely coffee at best. Actually eating them, the initial flavor is bland and mostly the maltitol, creatine, and pectin. The coffee flavoring is the second to last ingredient and it shows. As I chew, a very light coffee flavor eventually comes through, but it’s not a very good coffee so perhaps best it’s a footnote.
The gummies are otherwise typical of creatine gummies. They are soft and have the chalky texture and flavor of creatine. They chew easily and do not stick to my teeth.
It’s nice that there are small amounts of other naturally occurring substances related to metabolism like Betaine and Taurine. They are there, but not in excessive amounts.
If the price is right, these are perfectly acceptable or even good. Just don’t buy them for the flavor.

You may have seen some of my past reviews on creatine gummy/capsule products about why this form factor is the way to go (over powder), so I wont rehash it…just trust me gummies and capsules are the way to go. So then I decided to start experimenting with flavors. None of the gummies taste as good as gummy bears or any other candy…but they taste ok. These on the other hand were not as good as the fruit flavored varieties. So unless you dont like fruity stuff, stick with either the capsules (no taste, but large to swallow) or the fruity gummies.

It’s nice to have in a gummy form for when I don’t have anything to mix the powder with, but these things taste awful (at least to me). It might be coffee flavor, but like a muddy diner coffee from a place that doesn’t wash their dishes.
On the plus side, you get a fair amount of creatine for the price.

I’ve tried other flavors of creatine gummies before, and unfortunately, the coffee flavor of the Uheco Creatine Monohydrate Gummies was a huge disappointment. While the product may be effective for its intended purpose, the taste is unbearable, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on flavor alone.

These come double safety sealed, outside and inside. The cubes are small enough and soft enough to be easily chewed. They DO taste like coffee and are brown colored. Suggested usage is four daily, so this is quite a value being a sixty day supply. I’ve been taking them without any side effects and they do seem to increase energy. Overall a great supplement at a reasonable price.

I’m not sure if these creatine gummies are as effective as the powder. They’re convenient and taste fine, but I haven’t noticed the same gains I typically do with regular creatine. That being said, I still like the portability and ease of use, especially when traveling or at the gym. I might give them another try, but I’m not convinced yet. The flavor is okay, better than some of their other flavors (mint).

Chewing these gummy‘s are so much easier than mixing powder with water to administer creatine monohydrate. I did not like the taste it first, but after several days I actually started to like the taste. Now I can easily pick up on the coffee flavor and enjoy it. They contain 5000 mg of creatine monohydrate per four gummy’s. They also include 40 mg of betaine, 40 mg of taurine, 20 mg of L-Citrulline and 3.6 mgc of B12. I enjoy taking these after my 16 mile E bike ride every day.
