Capsules stuck together. Must pry them apart. Could damage capsule while trying t
o unstick them. Since they cannot be returned I hope I can use them.

These vitamins are awesome and a great addition to your daily vitamin intake. They are easy to get down and you do not taste a thing. It also dissolves slowly so there will be no aftertaste or weird smell in your mouth.
This is roughly a 3 month supplement span so it will last a while. For the price, it’s definitely worth trying.

It came nicely sealed as that is the first thing that I look for with any supplements that I order since I am a paranoid person in making sure that the stuff that I will be ingesting has not been tampered with.
This come with 165 softgels with 3 being the daily dose. So this bottle is enough for 55 days which is weird as I am used to 30,60 and 90 days! LOL
I know it says that it is for hair, skin and nails and for some reason I thought that it came with collagen. It does not BUT it comes with 5000mcg of biotin which is great for hair growth or so I have read. LOL So am I disappointed that it does not have collagen? Yes! BUT it is my fault for not reading the descriptions correctly. :/
They are nicely tapered softgels so I know that it will be easy to swallow and leave the most minor after taste. That does make me happy to see. Overall, for the price, this is decent deal. Only time will tell if it will do everything that it promises to do. Also, please remember that everybody’s chemistry is different and what works for me, might not work for you and vice versa.
