I have been taking a Q-10 supplement for years, and was looking for something that was better priced for the same quality as I have been using. I did a little research on this and found it offered everything I was currently using, plus additional supplements that I believe are worth taking. After using now for over a month, I can say that I have no side effects from the additional supplements, and actually no different feeling from before. Since I didn’t have a lapse in taking Q-10 this “no different” feeling is not unexpected – it just means that I have had no negative reactions to this brand. For the potency and price, I feel that this is just as good, if not better, than the brand I had been using.

I have tried a couple of different CoQ10 supplements prior to this one from PEAKPURY, specifically trying to avoid gummies in order to keep down the sugar content, but had so far not tried anything with the other ingredients found here. Because I’m looking for an economical option (CoQ10 supplements have increased a lot in price) and would like to incorporate other ingredients that benefit cholesterol, blood pressure and overall heart health, this seems to meet my criteria. I also wanted something that included zinc (but not zinc oxide!) so I wouldn’t need a separate zinc supplement. The fact that one daily serving is a single capsule, and a reasonably-sized one at that, is a bonus.
I am just over one month into taking this, replacing a two-per-day supplement that didn’t include any of the other ingredients. No side effects that I have noticed, but I can’t claim to feel any different/better since switching to this. To be fair, that seems to be the case with many supplements. Other than what’s found on Amazon, there doesn’t seem to be any further details available concerning the PEAKBURY brand, so I can’t make any claims about their advertising being accurate or not; I just have to hope/assume that everything is as stated. I can’t in good conscience award five stars, but I’ll give them four.
Barring any unforeseen negative effects between now and when I finish the bottle, I’ll probably order it again.

The Coenzyme Q10 in this Peak Pury all-in-1 supplement is what I was most interested in when I ordered this product but it also contains Niacin, Bromelain, Nattokinase, Black Pepper and Gingo Biloba. Coenzyme Q10 cell membranes, especially in the mitochondria which is why it is often sold to boost energy but it also has been shown to have antioxidant effects and may help lower blood pressure.
Bromelain is knows to support reduced inflammation and Nattokinase has been shown to support the dissolving of blood clots and increase circulation. This 14-in-1 formula has numerous potential health benefits from its star ingredients. The manufacturer likes to point out its great value compared to if you were to purchase all 14 of these same supplements separately and I would agree. In addition this bottle comes with a generous 5 month supply with a suggested dosage of one capsule daily.
I have been taking this product for many days and I cannot say that I have noticed any changes in my health or how I feel but this is the nature of a supplement which may take weeks or month to notice any effect, however I do have the peace of mind of knowing I am giving my body access to the numerous potential benefits of these ingredients for it to use as needed.
Overall I am pleased with this product and I would order it again.

I usually take CoQ10 because I take a “statin” medication. This is recommended. There are several ingredients in the supplement that are new to me such as the red yeast. I would suggest doing your own research to see if the ingredients are things you are interested in. I’m also used to taking the gel tablets. These veggie capsules are different but just as easy for me to swallow. I don’t taste anything when swallowing them. There is a 3 year shelf life from the dat of purchase. The bottle was safety sealed. I’m giving 5 stars but please remember that everyone’s body reacts differently. I am not a medical professional.

The size of these pills are average. I had no issue with swallowing these. Also no aftertaste. I didn’t notice any gi issues after using these. Since everyone processes supplements different, I won’t review effectiveness.
