If you’re like me and don’t like to see empty supplement bottles, this one is about 20% full. If used as directed, the bottle will last two months, so maybe they could just use a smaller container.
The expiration date on mine is 1/28/2027, so almost three years from now.
There is a little bit of an odor that’s not my favorite, but it’s not really bad. Not much of a taste, and the capsules are easy to swallow.
I like that the bottle says non-GMO and GMP-certified, and that at least some of the ingredients are organic. I also like to see 3rd-party tested and Made in the USA. The product page does say it’s manufactured in the USA.
I’m not wild about them using the synthetic pyridoxine HCL instead of something like P5P. That’s often a deal-breaker for me, as the HCL form isn’t readily absorbed or converted and has been shown to actually inhibit the action of natural B6 in the body. It’s a common form used in supplements though.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but this is one of the better blends I’ve seen lately; B6 is the only one I balk at. And the potato starch.
Two months for this price seems like a really good deal to me.

I did not like the synthetic B6. I wish I had noticed before I bought them. Otherwise I thought it was an excellent product. I was so happy to find them but then I realized it had synthetic B6. I don’t know if it’s different made in a raw whole food matrix????

These pills are easy to swallow and do not have a flavor. I have more energy and I’m happy with the ingredients. Overall easy to take and you don’t need to take a ton of pills to feel the effect.

I like that it’s manufactured in the USA with global ingredients in a cGMP-certified facility, but would like it more if it had 3rd party testing.

I’ve been taking B-vitamins for many years, to support my overall health. When I saw this supplement containing not only B-vitamins, but organic fruits and veggies, probiotics and digestive enzymes, I was really interested in trying it.
I’ve taken other Codeage supplements, and they are a reputable brand that uses high quality ingredients. The ingredients that caught my eye with this Raw Vitamin-B Complex, are L-5-Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, and all of the B-vitamins are cultured in a raw whole food matrix. This makes the vitamins more easily absorbed, and utilized by the body.
The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and I like that I only have to take one, instead of the usual 2 capsules, with other brands. It’s also great to have the added organic fruit and veggie blend, probiotics and digestive enzymes, so I don’t have to buy them separately. The price is very reasonable for all of the excellent ingredients packed into this supplement, and it contains a two-month supply.
I highly recommend this Codeage B-complex, and plan to order another bottle before I run out.

This is a great alternative to taking a multi, in my opinion. It has a great array of b vitamins, plus probiotics, enzymes, and a big list of fruits and veggies. Great for giving your body a little boost. I appreciate that you only need to take one capsule too. Good quality and seem very fresh.
