I am almost done with my 1st bottle, ans have ordered my second. I am considering purchasing the power, yet my lifestyle is kinda unorganized at the moment so pills work bettef for me. I take these supplements along with Spirulina & Calcium Citrate & Vitamin D3. I have noticed that my nails have become stronger & longer in length. My hair has grown yet I hav6noticed any improvement in the thickeness yet I have other products to combat that issue. As far as skin, I can tell my face is taunt and firm… which is great.. I underatand that this process takes time, and I am willing to invest atleast 3-6 months to see a significant improvement before giving up. I have a deep line under my left eye that has slowly filled line that I want completely gone. And I do jot want to have to spend major money on restalyne & botox… so far so good. My knees don’t hurt my back rarely hurts and taking these pills is very easy on the body. I do recommend all the hot mature women to grab a couple bottles and let these pills do their thing…

I’m on my 3rd bottle, I have 3 more bottles to go before I give my 6 month review. As Winter sets it, I am getting back on schedule with keeping consistent with my supplements, skincare & moisturizing. I broke my ankle in three places and after the bones had healed I began physio to help me to walk again. It was agony trying to put weight on my leg and bend my ankle so I started taking these. After 4 months this product has improved my skin tone and has reduced the skin bruising significantly. It has helped my gut (unexpected but welcome)….intake and exhaust! My finger and toenails seem healthier and I have more hair…unfortunately most of it is in my nose and ears. Highly recommended!

I have been using this product for at least four years and can’t recommend it enough!!! My ortho told me that if he had an osteoarthritic knee like my left knee, he would definitely get a knee replacement. But why if I have absolutely no pain?! Now onto what matters most to me as a postmenopausal woman: wrinkles haha! I never anticipated such a positive effect on my skin; I don’t even notice the wrinkles around my mouth anymore. So happy! My eyelashes and eyebrows are also fuller. Hopefully, my bone density exam next week will show improvement, as it showed borderline osteopenia 4 years ago. Wonderful product!

This is only my 2nd container, but I am re-purchasing because of the quality ingredients……all the ‘good stuff’ and none of the bad, such as fillers, colors, preservatives, etc. Should benefit skin, bones, etc. Next bone density test shall tell. I did look into EACH ingredient….each is very beneficial, UNLESS you’re allergic to fish. I’ll continue with this one for a year…it’s NOT cheap, but hopefully for all who are ordering this one, we’re paying for what we’re getting. It lasts one month, 3 a day. I don’t mind paying for quality supplements….and let’s hope this one is.

The capsules are white and about one inch length per capsule.
The Ashwagandha helps immensely with relaxation and increases natural testosterone production as well as improves the efficacy of the peptides.
Upon first day dose I am already noticing an improvement in my mood and relief of any anxiety.
Research shows after 57 days, skin will have more elasticity and glow and hair will have more illustrious shine.
Looking forward to how this helps me in the long run.

I waited for a month of taking this collagen to evaluate what it does. I originally purchased collagen on recommendation from physical therapist to strengthen post operative tendons in my ankle. I first noticed that my toenails had changed from dry, whitish to normal pink and healthy looking, my fingernails stronger and my hair healthier as well. Within the month my ankle has made substantial improvement. I have been in PT and on program for some time so expected improvement however the ankle is mobilizing noticibly better with this collagen . I just began the second month of taking so am looking forward to continued improvement. I do take all 3 capsules at one time – they are easy to swallow and have had no adverse GI or other effects. I have recommended this product to others as a result of my successful outcome.
I am reviewing again because I changed to another product with 1-3, 5 and 10 in a scoop to add to my shakology in the am. For reasons that may be other than change in product, nails and hair have detererioted over past months. I elected to reorder this product that arrived to my metal mailbox in 90+ degree heat and concerned that product was affected. Codeage IMMEDIATELY responded to replenish the order. My nails, after a week, are much better – maybe due to no gel polish but looking forward to reposting in a few weeks. Thank you Codeage for exemplary customer service.
