After taking this zinc supplement, on day 2 I recognized that I was nauseous and had a headache. I did some digging and found that this dosage is way too high. Maximum zinc intake should not exceed 40mg a day and that’s to include what you get from food intake. And for women the dose should be lower than that! Beware!

I like that this Codeage Liposomal Zinc Supplement is a 3 month supply and you only take 1 per day. I haven’t experienced any adverse issues with it, and it is easy to swallow and take. Some supplements like this bother me with slight nausea and nasty “vitamin burps” if they’re not the greatest quality – but I did not have that at all with this one, so I find it to be of good quality and easy for me to digest. No complaints here – it gets two thumbs up from me!

Recently I’ve been looking for a new zinc supplement to replace the one I used to buy in Publix. I came across Codeage, liked the price and the fact that there was enough in the bottle for 90 days, and decided to give it a try. The bottle showed up in two days, the pills are just the right size, and now I’m set until February.

I’ve been taking this product for awhile now and maybe it’s all in my head but I believe I can feel the difference in quality of zinc between this and my last zinc supplement! On the label it’s says that it is lipsomal making it easier to absorb compared to zinc that isn’t. My parents also take this supplement because it is said to be able to protect and help against illness. Definitely will resupply once I’m out!
