To be honest, my first impressions of this supplement were not great.
First off, I tried to remove the “childproof” shrink wrap, which proved difficult, so instead of doing that, I just decided to try and twist the lid and it came completely off with very little effort. Other than cosmetic, the tamper-resistant shrink wrap provides no safety whatsoever. The entire piece of plastic turns along with the lid if you try to twist it — and it does so very easily. Very disappointing and unsafe. I’m just happy that I no longer have little children in my home.
As for the supplements themselves, they have a decent amount of vitamin E and CoQ-10. And while I’m no fitness enthusiast, I have found it beneficial to take occasional long walks at a brisk pace during the evenings to try and help with heart health. And to assist in those heart-health efforts, I try to take a regular regimen of CoQ-10. The vitamin E in these supplements are a bonus.
Each pill comes with a combined 25mg of vitamin E and 250mg of CoQ-10. The pills are long, like a capsule and easy to swallow. Overall, the pills themselves are fine. Just be aware of the potential child-safety issues you might have if your bottle is wrapped as mine is.

So, I’ve been taking CoQ10 for a LONG time. My go to brand is probably the most reviewed brand on Amazon (can’t mention the name here), but it’s a soft gel variety that is filled with 200 mg of CoQ10 and rice bran oil. Now, most CoQ10 supplements I’ve seen are filled in some vegetable oil medium. I haven’t seen or taken one in a pure powdered form. And, I can’t say whether this has a better absorption than the other brand. What I do know is CoQ10 does help with my cardio performance. I’m a runner, and I feel like CoQ10 helps me to push the boundaries a bit harder and longer. However, whether this particular brand of CoQ10 is any better or worse than the brand I was taking before is up in the air.
All in all, if you’re not too concerned about pricing / value, then I would give this one a shot. Otherwise, stick with pricing.

On par with other brands I have tried. Seems to be working!

Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with a great vitamin I recently purchased. It was so easy to take! The instructions were super clear and concise, and the packaging was really user-friendly. I loved how simple the product was, and how quickly it dissolved in water. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-take supplement. It’s made a really positive impact on my overall health and wellness routine!

This is a great Coq10 supplement. Each softgel contains 250mg CoQ10 and 14mg VItamin E isomers (73% of your daily value). The vitamin E is sourced from natural rice bran, which is an excellent and healthy source.
CoQ10 in oil-based formulations absorbs better than dry powder, although I’m not sure how much research there is to support liposomal formulations over other oil-based forms. Likely the bioavailability is similar, so any oil based CoQ10 should work well.
Ubiquinol (in softgel form) would be a better choice in my opinion, as it is more effective at boosting your body’s CoQ10 levels, but this depends on the dosage. 100mg ubiquinol may not be more effective than 250mg coq10, etc.
Overall – it’s a high quality CoQ10 supplement which a good dosage. At only 60 servings per bottle, it’s not the best value – but the quality is excellent. 3rd party tested for potency and purity.

My daughter who is a chiropractor suggested I start to take CoQ10 so when I saw these I ordered them as I really like that they are a liposomal formula and include Vitamin E as well. I like that they are vegan and made in the USA, that reassures me that I’m getting what I intend to get. I also like that the vitamin E used is a natural form of it and not synthetic as I’ve read that the synthetic can actually do harm rather than good. They are a bit high priced but I am keeping in mind that quality ingredients are expensive so if they work better than the CoQ10 I had been using before, then the higher price will have been worth it. You are getting a 2 month supply so when you look at $25 a month it doesn’t seem as bad.

This Codeage CoQ10 with Vitamin E offers us a liposomal delivery system that can increase the effectiveness of the supplement and reduce its side effects, if any. Why take it? Well, CoQ10 and Vitamin E have been shown to help support cardiovascular health and energy production. Here you have both ingredients in one capsule making it so convenient to consume them at the same time. The bottle contains 60 capsules enough for a two-month supply with a suggested serving size of one capsule. I engage in a number of sports and exercise programs so I am hoping that the supplement provides me with more energy and endurance to reach my goals in athletics. The supplement is non-GMO, vegan and free of dairy products, soy, and gluten. It is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA. As far as I know, the FDA has not evaluated nor certified the efficacy of the product nor the statements made concerning it so you may first wish to consult with your healthcare professional before taking it. I can report that I find the capsules easy to swallow with no adverse side effects. Will my athletic performance improve now that I am using the product? It’s too early to know for sure, but I am hopeful that it will. Plus, the liposomal delivery system should enhance the delivery and bioavailability of its component ingredients helping me to get up to speed faster.
