I am on my 2nd bottle as it really has helped my skin. It does not dry out my facial skin or back, but it has caused to dry out the palms of my hands to the point of peeling and cracking.I now wear disposable gloves when I wash my face. I feel the results are worth the hassle of using gloves.

I waited about two weeks after receipt of this product to review it since one never knows how long it will take to work, if it will work or if you’ll have luck and then go backwards. I am happy to report this cleanser REALLY has worked on not only my dermatitis but also on acne! I suffered with acne in my 20’s and 30’s that took three dermatologists, a decade and finally Accutane to stop. Treatments would work but then my acne would “overcome” them and we’d have to move on. Well, after clear skin for years I suddenly would get rapidly appearing breakouts on my forehead. I thought it was acne, my derm said it appeared to be dermatitis (great!) and proscribed me tacrolimus ointment which we believed to be a miracle. My skin returned to nearly flawless for several years. Then, I could not believe I started getting dermatitis patches on my forehead (one in the same spot the size of a quarter) and in my “t-zone” around my nose it didn’t do a thing for. Ugh!
My dermatologist had moved away so I returned to a former one that I had some luck with. I just made it clear this had to stop. We tried an anti-fungal pill twice that helped while I was taking it but I would flare up when off and it isn’t mean for long term use. We tried Elidel which DOES help but only 75%. Then, I recalled having a staph infection on my leg years ago and my doctor recommending a bleach bath. It was a miracle at the time. I then read online about bleach baths helping dermatitis and feeling stupid having not thought of it when this started gave it a shot. YES, I know you are not supposed to submerge your head when you are in a beach bath but that was where my problem was so I did for 30 seconds at a time several times during the bath and CURED. My skin cleared almost immediately but I realized I needed to do it every few days to keep it working. Not a good idea. I was thrilled to spot this product when I typed “bleach bath” into the search field on Amazon.
I find it pricey but I bought the less expensive 8 ounce body wash instead of the 2 ounce facial wash hoping for results. BINGO! I now can apply this to my face while in the shower (avoid the eyes!) lather my body with my regular body wash while I let this sit, rinse and my dermatitis remains 95% clear. I was getting a lot of drying the first week it seems to have stopped as my skin adjusted. I do get some slight redness that Elidel will keep in check in concert with this product but this wash is going most of the work. I’m sure of it. I now am convinced this is stopping my facial dermatitis finally. It really leaves your skin feeling clean and if I even have a slight itch (a sign of a breakout) it stops it as soon as I use it once. It has also killed a few small pimples that started which I love. So I’m giving this 4 stars only because it is so pricey for the ingredients you are getting but I finally do not have to feel embarrassed yet again about my skin.

Ive only been using this for about 3 weeks, and I feel my skin cleaner. I feel that my breakouts are not as “inflamed.” I bought this body wash for my young adult daughter as well as my athletic teenage boy. No reactions to the body wash, no complaints

IT WORKS:
I had really bad folliculitis and eczema growing up, and if I had had this my life would have been a LOT more comfortable! Thankfully UV-B light treatment (ASK YOUR DOCTOR!!!!! This has changed my life!) has mine mostly under control, but this product helps make it even better!
AND IT BLEACHES:
My dermatologist recommended this, so I didn’t read this amazon page before ordering this product! I did look at the label on the bottle, but there was 0 mention of it containing bleach or a warning to be careful with clothing etc. (Sorry NO I don’t remember the scientific name for bleach when looking at the ingredients.)
Because of my sensitive skin I’m always careful to wash off bath products, but I think this must linger!
I kept finding little bleach spots on towels while traveling before finally realizing it must be me causing them! I was complaining to my husband when he looked at this bottle and realized it was this! Of course this was after I ruined a few towels at our airbnb and a friends place while visiting (how embarrassing to be that person!!), and then a few things at our place.
I switched our bathroom to white towels, but even the other day I stained a favorite sweater I threw on after my shower, so it is super frustrating.
That said, if the product had any sort of warning like my benzoyl peroxide face wash does, then it would be a 5 star product.
The only other negative is the price and the fact that it tends to glop out so I feel like its really hard to squirt and then apply it without dropping some of it. That has gotten a bit easier as I’ve gotten used to its consistency. Because I use it about 2x a week I think this bottle will last a while

People calling the 35$ price tag expensive, it’s literally selling at over $100+ in Canada and not included in Prime shipping. No clue why it’s so damn expensive and the effect isn’t exactly miracle either…

This body wash is amazing it totaly vhanged my skin on thenvery first use and just continues to progress every day. I had skin start to change by time i stepped out of the shower it was incredible.
