I purchased the CleanSmart Advanced Cleanse 2 to cleanse my system. I’m not sure if it cleansed it or not. I wasn’t able to see the difference. I used part 1 first and then part 2 as directed. I can say that I was able to eliminate more often than usual, but once it was out of my system, the elimination returned to its regular pace of once per day. I am going to try it once more. I read in an article that it may take two to three uses to see results. I will keep you posted of my progress.

Omg! I am a slender, extremely healthy, health-conscious, organic-eating, exercising type-of-person. I had been reading about cleansing and detoxing and read great reviews, talked to friends, etc! I was ready to try this!!!! Omg. I thought I was going to die. I would lay in bed and my heart was beating irregularly, very hard and it was struggling when I laid on my stomach to sleep! I took this for 4 days/nights hoping it was just stress. Sure enough, the day I stopped, all of my symptoms went away. It was by far THE scariest experience I’ve ever had. I called the company and, they were nice but really uninformative. They did give me a full refund…….

I’m 35 years old and I work out a lot, and my biggest problem was to get my abs more define, so instead of taking all the other crazy stuff these guys taking I turn to the more natural way of building my body, which is to work out naturally and cleanse my self. I tried a few cleanser before but they don’t work for me, they either give me a puffy stomach or abnormal bowel movement. As my search goes on for a better product I accidentally ran into this product ( advance cleanse smart 30 days/2 part formula) 4-5 years ago and I’m using it since then. I do not like the 15 days product because it give me stomach pain, so i stick tot he 30 days product. Great product, When I first start using it I use it for two months, then break for a month, and now I use it for one month and break for two months. I love this product, and I also recommend it to my mother, step father, brothers, sisters and friends. I also recommend it to people I met in the gym with a puffy tummy, after I ask them how long they are working of their abs. If you are working on your abs for over 4 months and see no results there is a problem. I’m not a doctor but I was a master fitness trainer, but I move on to something better.
What a lot of people don’t realize is that is order to have a healthy life and to feel good inside-out you have to cleanse your body from all the waste that is inside of us. This will not only gives us a more confide feeling internally but better skin.
I also take it going to work with no issues, no abnormal bowel movement, or pain.
My above statement is why I gave this product a 5 star, if you try this product I’m pretty sure it will work for you.

This is a great cleanser for anyone doing a cleanse for the first time or you want a Gental cleanse that gets u threw the day without running to the bathroom. However I don’t think it was strong enough for me. I am 6ft 2 in tall and 240 pounds. I think next time I will take 3 pills for 6 pills a day (3 in the morning and 3 evening) it did make me go 3-4 time a day.
