As a woman of “a certain age” I guess it’s time to start taking care of what I’ve been given! I have pretty good skin overall, especially for an old lady of 54, but since I rarely wear makeup and avoid the sun like a good little vampire I think I’ve just been blessed with good genes!
This is a unique (to me) cleansing system; I love the light citrusy scent because it’s pleasant while using it but then dissipates completely so it’s not fighting with my other products and I don’t have to smell it all day long. The first time I used this I had to “prime the pump” several times but, once the product starts flowing, it only take 1-2 pumps to get plenty of product. It comes right through the bristles and it’s the easiest thing to brush the product around your face! The bristles are soft silicone – just enough stiffness to feel like it’s getting the job done but with no worries about over-exfoliating or scratching my skin. A quick run under the faucet to remove any leftover product/dirt and it’s good to go for next time.
I rarely wear makeup so this product/delivery system is perfect for me, making short work of the day/night’s skincare without running down my arms and making a huge mess. My skin feels fresh, clean, soft, and firm after rinsing off and patting dry, and I don’t feel like I have to rush to put moisturizer on.
It’s hard to speak to the long-term effectiveness because skincare is so subjective and takes time in general – there are just so many (personal) variables! If you’re already using the active ingredient(s), it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look/feel but, at the same time, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up if it’s new to you/your system. Even if it works great for someone else it’s quite likely that your mileage may vary!

There is no tumeric in this product or not very much tumeric creates a very yellowish color and this product is pure white might just be soap
