I take these mainly for the vitamin C to help absorb Iron. The other goodness in them is a bonus. Can’t hurt, right!?

I enjoy this for multiple reasons. One is that it has vitamin C, along with quercetin and zinc. They all foster continued better health when united.
I don’t notice any unsavory taste, swallows easily.

UPDATE – company contacted me and did issue a refund.
I’ve been using this product for over a year and was pretty happy with it, however, my most recent bottle smells absolutely putrid (and I see other recent reviews stating the same), and I will not be using it. It seems impossible to contact the company or seller via Amazon (for a refund or new product), which is now making me very skeptical of the company/product in general. I tried using the contact form on the company’s main website, but have gotten no response as of yet – will update if that changes.

I just started taking this but so far so good. The first day I took on in the morning and one at night to avoid nausea. Now I’m taking both at night and I haven’t had any issues. Hoping it helps to keep me healthy! I like all the ingredients, especially the addition of sea moss!
