I’ve been taking this prebiotic consistently for ~4 months. I feel like within just a couple weeks I was more motivated than I had been in many many months to do both work and home-/self-maintenance. To be completely honest, I have no idea how much this increased motivation could be attributed to the world opening up more post-vaccine, or the fact that good career changes were coming, but at least this feeling of motivation hasn’t died off in 4 months!
Anyway, even if you don’t get this sort of magic motivation, as is the case for my partner who apparently never experiences bouts of depression in the first place, the product does the basics for a daily prebiotic — makes your morning trip to the toilet regular, rapid, and as healthy as can be, according to doctors’ poop charts. As someone with frequent lower GI problems, this alone makes my days so much better. It also particularly helped my partner after a course of antibiotics.
I find a half scoop daily is good for me. I change up how I take this powder, which does have a mild plant-y flavor — frequently whisked into my coffee (though my partner prefers his coffee pure and unadulterated) or my tea, or in smoothies or yogurt with granola, or added to pancake batter on the weekend.

Our family has been using this powder for over a year now. We were looking for something for our kids as well as ourselves. I think it helps counteract a lot of the junk they eat at school and birthday parties. It was hard sorting through all the options on the shelves out there, but this blend has been what we really wanted.

Clarity works great! You can tell your gut is happy because of the…uh…smooth and easy output. But, way more than that, it is appropriately named Clarity, as I notice a real improvement in attention and perkiness. On days where I haven’t taken it I wonder why I feel lethargic, and then I remembered to take my Clarity. I really love this product! It makes me happy! Also, with diabetes and high cholesterol it’s really important to have a well functioning gut, and it feels like this is really helping on my journey. It blends well into chai tea, yogurt, and smoothies, and the flavor is innocuous. Great stuff!
