I’ve been taking Citrus Bergamot as directed by my nurse to help lower cholesterol. However, after my recent blood tests, I didn’t see any improvement in my numbers. I’ll continue using it for now since there haven’t been any adverse side effects, but I’m not convinced of its effectiveness at this point.

The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule, which means that this bottle contains a whopping 6 months supply. I think that’s great. I also like that it is produced in the USA. Bergamot is said to have several benefits that can be researched online. The one mentioned in the product description that interested me is that it may help lower cholesterol levels. When I go to my annual checkup later this year I will know if this bergamot helped. The quality of the capsules seem to be good. The price point is quite reasonable given it’s for a 6 month supply. Overall, this seems like a quality product at a good price with several potential benefits. I am satisfied with these bergamot capsules.

Here I cannot recommend this product because such vitamins are not approved by the FDA, so I suggest looking up these kinds of products online and learning as much as you can about them. Bergamot is supposed to be good for the skin, heart, inflammation, cardiovascular health, etc., but these are not known facts, so please educate yourselves before taking.
