After taking these for a month I finally looked at the fine print supplement facts on the container. it claims to contain 125 mcg/ 1000 IU of vitamin D. That is a false equivalency. And then it states that the dose equals 625% of Daily Value. This cannot be correct. As a result, i do not trust this brand (which cannot be traced to a website) and I threw them away.

These pills were larger than I like in a multivitamin and they had an odd powder coating that tasted funny (might have been left over from manufacturing). If you can get a good price on them they may work for you. I can not speak to the effectiveness but I did not like them.

These NESSARIT Calcium Citrate, Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin D3 supplements. It ends up to be a Five month supply. I did not see that they are made in a GMP-certified facility, but they are third-party tested, GMO Free and all natural. I’d like to see them made in a cGMP facility though. They are a very economical source of Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and more.

These pills are smaller than the ones I started taking which makes them easier to swallow.

Due to a dengerative bone diseases, I am advised to take high doses of most of these ingredients each day. So, how about one pill a day, that does the lot, with a claim of 7 supplements in 1? Here it is!
My first try of this product. However, as my joint disease is quite advanced, I feel sure that not even these will help much in repairing any long-term damage.
But hey, its worth a try and taking these various ingrediants on a regular basis has really seemed to help a lot with actually reducing the pain.
I hear good things about many of these supplement ingredients, but I am alway curious where these are sourced from and if they are harvesting these ingredients in an ethical and legitimate way. I am no health fanatic. Just a guy with some common sense and looking to find ways to deal with my health issues, as best that I can.
The main thing that I am very pleased about with these 7-1 Calcium Citrate supplements is that they “appear” to have stayed clear of adding the colorings, sugars, and fillers, that many others add.
They also offer a large 5 month supply of 1 Tablet per day (150 count) for a very affordable price of less than $15!
Additionally, this bottle comes with some good and credible tags on it, but like most supplements, cautions that it has NOT been evaluated by the FDA.
I have not started these yet, as I am finishing up my previous Joint supplement product first.
If these things offer any kind of vast improvement in my condition, of course I will spread the gospel and update the review accordingly.
My one small gripe, like most people in medical need, is the cost of well-being products, that are advertized to help with certain medical conditions.
Even though I consider these supplements to be very well-priced compared to some other similar products that I have tried, what also helps many immensely, is making ALL these products, so that ALL those who need them most, can afford them too.

Made in the USA
Per the recommendation of my endocrinologist I need to increase my daily intake of calcium. She suggested I get the majority from food but take a supplement as well.
These vegetarian capsules are large, but not scary large, so I feel comfortable swallowing them. I am a bit skeptical though that there is 700mg of calcium and other vitamins in this size capsule. My rating is based on the assumption that it is correct.
Vitamin K is also important to bone health and the absorption of calcium so having a 2 in 1 is a good thing. These capsules also contain magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3.
They are made in the USA and third party tested for that added confidence. At 150 capsules and a dose of only one a day, this is a five month supply and a great value.

The first Pro is price. Depending on how much calcium you get in your diet, you will need to take 1or 2 pills to get the 1000-1200 mg of elemental calcium adults need per day. Even if you have to take 2, the price per day is good.
The second Pro is the inclusion of D3, K302 and black pepper, which really help absorbtion of the calcium. Which is important because of the calcium in the tablet.
That’s the first Con. Elemental calcium dosages of 500 mg or less have the best absorption, and this one has 600. When you take more than 500 mg at a time, you absorb less. So you don’t really know how much of that 700mg you are getting. You don’t want to have too much calcium any more than you want to have too little. So anything more than 500 in a capsule makes it difficult, without getting a blood test, to know if you have the right amount.
That’s why I gave it 4. It’s a small thing, but it made me decide this exceeded my expectations, but didn’t greatly exceed them.
