I’m a self proclaimed beauty junkie. I’ve tried a million different eye creams across many price points. This is the ONLY eye cream I’ve purchased more than once! One pump is sufficient for both eyes and a bottle easily lasts me 3 months making the price easier to swallow. LOL. I swear my under eyes have never looked better thanks to this product. I continue to be amazed by this brand. Do your skin a favor – especially when it comes to eye cream – invest in products that work! You won’t regret it.

It feels nice, and it has a nice velvety texture, but you can tell where you put it for about an hour after you put it on using the recommended amount on the box. Using a little less helps it dry down for other product application or makeup application, I use the recommended amount for night application.

This eye serum by Circcell is rather expensive at $118. Thankfully you don’t need a lot every time you use it and a little bit does go a long way. I also noticed that my bottle didn’t seem to be completely full. It contain Salisporene-8, which they claim is the best hydrating ingredient out there. I wasn’t able to find any other resources besides theirs so it is difficult to back that up with independent information. Hyaluronic acid has been very well documented and is known to really show benefits. I am also not sure how this is different from their face serum. In the face serum you get 30ml, so double, for $168, so if they are very similar you may as well just get the face serum.
But here is what I found when using it. First off, I was VERY disappointed by the scent of this product, just like with the face serum. When someone pays that kind of money for a product, they want a lovely scent to go with it. I found it was not very impressive and I personally did not care for it. If it went by scent this product would have gotten not a very good star rating at all.
When you apply it it is a creamy gel like serum. It quickly absorbs into your skin and the scent it does have quickly fades, thankfully.
It leaves you with a beautiful, super soft and smooth skin. And this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The price is still something that irks me for what you are getting but my skin felt incredible when I used this. And since a tiny bit goes a long way I figure this bottle will last you a long time at least. But for their lackluster scent I am dinging them a little at least.

After just a week of using this product line I can see a definite improvement!! My face is smooth, hydrated and more youthful looking, particularly around the eyes!! And a vast improvement on my neck from the face serum!! It is too pricey for me to purchase on a regular basis, but I now know what to look for as far as ingredients and I hope these products last for a few months!! A little goes a long way!!! Thank you!!!!

This eye serum is unlike anything I’ve ever tried. The packaging is luxurious. It just looks and feels expensive and it should for $120! I cleansed my face and applied the serum as directed under both eyes, patting it in gently. After a few mins I could see my eyes looked brighter! The fine lines around my eyes looked softer after about 4 days of use. I’m hoping with continued use I will notice more of a difference in the appearance around my eyes. The smell of the product was just a little bit off-putting but not horrible. And the feel of the product was silky and made my eye area so soft and hydrated. Hopefully it will just get better from here!

An oxygenating serum — interesting! I usually use an all natural caffeine and green tea based eye serum as I much prefer a short list with as least processed as possible ingredients. This piqued my interest though with the claims that it doesn’t use parabens, artificial fragrance, phenoxyethanol and other things I try to avoid. There are some polymers and dimethicones which I also shy away from but the list of ingredients here is rather low to medium on the watchdog lists.
At the time of ordering there was no ingredient list available. Anything with the word hexane (perfluorohexane in this case) in it bothers me a bit. I tend to keep away from ingredients that are even processed or extracted with it. Add two more perfluoros- (perfluorodecalin and perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene) and you have the perfluorocarbon blend that is the oxygenating pitch used to market this at high cost. Fluorocarbons are also related to styrofoam and fishing line. We know that many natural compounds also have a highly active antioxidant value (like caffeine, green tea, and vitamin E!), so I personally prefer to stick with these. I often get comments that I look 10-20 years younger than what I am so I guess it’s working for me.
$125 for a half ounce. We’ll see what this does and how it compares to a more “whole” plant based product. Usually people think that the more complicated the ingredients, the more effective a cosmetic is, and more expensive to manufacture. Not necessarily the case. Lab created products are easier and cheaper to make than growing, sourcing, storing and working with high quality naturals.
I don’t want to rag on lab created cosmetic ingredients, but I wish there was greater transparency at the time of ordering. Not everyone cares — most people don’t care, but people like me want to know.

I have used a lot of skin care products throughout the years, and I am really impressed with this product! The skin around my eyes look brighter and less wrinkled from the first time I used it. I often put my mascara on first so I don’t rub the foundation off underneath my eyes while cleaning up, and then my foundation. There have been several times when I have wondered if I have already put my foundation on because the skin under my eyes looks amazing.
This serum is very gentle and just glides over my eye area, and a little goes a long way. Whenever I look at my eye area now, I just can’t believe how good it looks, and I am 60 years old. I highly recommend this product!

The serum is easy to apply and it goes into the skin very well. it feels nice on the skin. My eyes look fresher and nicer. The wrinkles seem to be smaller and less deep. I like the serum a lot
